In Ohio you are within your right to record police activity. I have had a few phone cameras turned on me while doing my job and the only thing I tell the person recording is to keep their distance so as to not interfere. Depending on the situation you don't want to be a distraction or be thought of as a perceived threat. Stay back, use your zoom and record all you like.

This is for all those who have not yet made the decision to ride with the Helping Hands Charity Ride, Sunday 9/30/12. I hope you will make the decision to join us tomorrow. The weather should be clear and the fall foliage will certainly add to the scenery of the route we have planned for you. The money we raise will be donated to a wonderful charity, Flying Horse Farms, a camp that gives a week long camping experience to children with serious illnesses. These children would not be able to attend a traditional camp because of their illness and the medication or treatment they must have on a daily basis. Flying Horse Farms provides that treatment with a staff of volunteer doctors and nurses who specialize with the illnesses during that week long camp. This is all done at no cost to the the family! Also added to the free list is Purina Dog Chow and five cans of dog food. You'll need to bring a large trash bag to take the Dog Chow away. It's stored in a plastic bin that we're keeping.

My dog has moved on and I have two things to give away. One 6'x12'x6' chain link dog pen. Well used and shows sign of it's age but still has years of use left in it. You bring tools and disassemble. XL dogloo. Needs cleaned. These items are free, first come, first gets. I live near the Polaris SC and close to I-71 exit. PM for my phone #.

You are required to keep registration and proof of insurance with the vehicle. Although many PD's have access to a computer database to check the vehicle registration, if the computers go down what you have with you is your only proof.
