License plate readers don't actively scan plates that aren't listed in a hot file. Meaning they are only scanning plates that have an active want/warrant.

Got to gander at the zero turn he's selling tonight. 2014 Bush Hog model ec-2761 61" deck.Has a 25 HP Koehler motor. Dual tank 12 gallons. Cup holders included. A whopping total of 50 hrs on the clock. This thing is a fucking beast. He probably still wants what he paid for it too.

Need thoughts from the collective brain trust. The wife and I are purchasing a larger piece of property with 2.2 acres to mow. The current owner has a Bush Hog zero turn mower that he is willing to sell. Although I'm not sure if I need that high end of a mower to do the job. It was purchased in 2014 for $7800. I was thinking about offering $5k for it. The other option would be to buy a different zero turn brand new for less. OR buy a tractor syle utikity mower that I can also use to plow snow in the winter. I like the speed of the zero turn, but I like the utility of a tractor. Thoughts?

While I 100% agree that something needs to be done, the cost of enforcement is more expensive than the revenue of the ticket. First violation, I believe is $100 Approximately. While the cost of enforcement includes subpoenas, prosecutor costs, court costs, witness stand time for officers. The law needs to be re-written with more teeth, and less feel good measures. Unfortunately, it's one of the damed if you do, damed if you don't scenarios. As is the case most of the time with shitty written laws, and enforment of said laws.

I would be more concerned about using office 365. I will probably update to 10 soon. Just as I was getting used to 8.1.
