Yeah, this might be the best knife deal in a while. I have a larger EDC SD CRKT with the same mechanism and that thing flips open fast and is locked very securely in place. Plus its a tanto partially serrated like this and I love it. The grip is a tad too rough for dress slacks, but when I can't carry a firearm it's my go to for sure, it's pretty beefy.

Yep this, chains for something that big, much more rigid and their life is much longer than backets with welds. And yes, the Ferris I was referring to with full suspension is coil over suspension and uber pricey, just add a suspension seat way cheaper and easier. I had the Kawi engine on my zero turn and it was nasty, where as I had a briggs and stratton on my cub cadet wide walk behind and it sucked. Batter was dead EVERY TIME, even if I had just charged it the day before, not kidding. No wasn't the battery, I had it tested over and over, that mower sucked balls. I still have my AG, and in warmer months will probably use it more than I do now(havent used it since going AIWB), but some of that is due to my wife carrying 99% of the time too now. I actually got her a running neoprene belt holster that she runs with too now, adjustable, wish it was a tad tighter pouch for the LCP, but I think overall I am happy. I am still AIWB with my shield, and most likely that will stay as my main carry position. In the car I wore the AG from Cbus to central Michigan with my LCP no issues, with a fully size I dunno how anyone carries in the back. I would have to Appendix or 3 oclock, but that's just me.

If you can't handle a key or fine motor skills, grabbing a loaded gun isn't the best thing to do right away. Yep, Lithium Energizer batteries made that thing spit open literally. Going to do the same to the other this weekend. I will still replace every year with new batteries, but now I really like my safe. Also I lied, I have the exact model of that pic which was the one with the battery issues, the other safe is a Bulldog same concept but came with this little thing to make AA batteries basically into a 9V. But I am going to see if I can just use 1, 9V lithium this weekend instead, cheaper and all that jazz.

Used a wood burning insert at my parents old house for a few years before going to a wood stove. Insert was made by the local welding class at the high school, weighed a ton, was hard to keep clean, and harder to use than the stove, by far. But I think we paid a few hundred for it as it was a "class project". It was WAY cheaper, but that's because my dad bought like a top of the line stove from Kidron OH and paid top dollar. When we used the insert we would burn about 2 cord a year living in Mansfield with NO other heat source basically. It was electric baseboard in a 2,600 sq ft 2 story, slab house with single pane windows and the stairs being as far away from the fireplace as possible so heat transfer was tough. But it heated the whole house no problem. When we went to the wood burning stove, we burnt much less wood, and it kept the house just as warm and was WAY easier to clean etc. I do however think he had to spend some serious coin to get the fireplace sealed correctly for the wood burning stove vs. the insert as the insert had all that with it. Is there anyway you could use a pellet stove? Or do you have a good line on an insert? reason I ask if you're staying there for a while, the pellet will be way easier and I believe cheaper long term option. Also using the wood insert/stove made the house uber dry, like miserable. We ran humidifiers in every room of the house all winter, along with a Culligan water softner, and kept pots of water on the stove too. But if that doesn't matter no big deal, just a heads up. I know prices of wood burning stoves have come down and ton and think even like Menards sells those and Pellet Stoves both.

Just did this today, well bought the lithium battery. 9.00 a piece so hoping it works. The AA battery model has had the same batteries for 2 years and works fine still. I replace them when I do smoke/CO detectors, but if I'm dropping a lithium in there it better work all year at 9.00 LOL. Thanks for the heads up, I had a feeling it was just a cheap battery issue.

So I have some questions about this too as I've run into a few issues with my 9volt Bulldog not opening off the 9V battery, but the one with a AA setup works fine. These are the 4 finger code models, and I dunno WTF. BUT I would NOT buy one again. Takes way too many batteries, or doesn't work lol. Anyone else having any issues with theirs opening off the 9V only?

I went from a 3 oclock AG holster for my LCP/Shield to AIWB kydex setups for both guns and only use that style now. I like that I can get to it in the car, or whatever much easier. It's right in front of me so no having to move much clothing or anything to draw as well.

I bought the revised version PT111 G2 that was on sale at Vances a few weeks ago, love it for my true bedroom/safe gun that never leaves the room. It has the tact rail which I like, and came with 2 mags so always ready to go. Last night was the first time in 3 months I touched it and swapped mags and wow, that mag release might be the smoothest/best of any gun I own. Actually it is, which is crazy but it's super smooth and slick.

Yeah I 100% regret not grabbing a few Swiss watches on our honeymoon, but the USD was worth Deek in Switzerland(still is) so that wasn't so much in the budget. Next time we go in a few years I think I'll be ready for something sick. They did have the Ducati and Hayden watches there in Zermatt when we went to some of the shops, sick.

The time has come to get a watch I can wear non stop and abuse the F out of. I only have 2 dressy watches as of now and have come to hate the feeling of the metal bands and having to remove them anytime I do anything I actually enjoy, i.e. wrenching on the race car or just drinking beer around a campfire so I don't lose them or ruin them. With that said, I'm looking at budget watches that I think will take a beating and keep on ticking. My wife wears a GPS/Heart rate Garmin watch I got her last winter when she runs, and then a Timex for work, which she usually gets 2 years out of, but basically its just for a stop watch, nothing more and not what I want at all. However, I will say that her Timex's last and she takes about as good care of them as my dog does a newspaper. The reason I am looking at this is Kohls has it in stock local, tried it on last night along with several cheaper models from Casio, and found this to fit the best and feel the most secure. I have 30% off and another $10.00 off so it takes the watch down to like $65.00 out the door, so super cheap and I can walk out with it which I like. If anyone has any input especially how these last when being abused I would appreciate it. I haven't bought a watch for over 10 years, not kidding, and could use some input. If you have others to recommend, I want to keep it under $125, and would really like to keep it way less than that. Not really looking for fashion, more of a tool than anything. Also, if I can get it local to Cbus that helps, I hate to wait for stuff when there is an option local, especially if that option is cheaper. Also the one Im looking at is black, not grey, or at least not that I can tell.
