  1. my neighbor does this. he owns one and is filthy rich. spices only.
  2. FWIW, theres a dirt track we race at in Wauseon OH called Oakshade. It makes Nelsons facilities look like COTA. I kid you not. Last year, there wasn't even a light bulb in the building that had the plywood toilets. I kid you not. They don't even have running water. They have a hose on a spicket to wash your hands. BUT the track is AWESOME and they have the largest weekly car counts in the nation of Late Models. Anyways, as for Nelson, my parents went there to race in the glory days and camped, raced, and partied like Woodstock from what I hear. Place is magical no matter how much of a dump it is. Honestly, I would/will miss all the outbuildings that were once toilets or whatever. I loved seeing them when I would pull up to race.
  3. Wow, this is an awful time for this post because that is my dream bike, has been since my RC51. But with twins 2 months out, won't be happening. Plus your price is uber good. FWIW, I actually disagree with the above posts about throttle time and missing the bike more once having a kid for the time alone etc. I would give up everything in the world to spend even more time with my son. If I could do it I would work nights, spend all day with him and sleep just when I could to do it. Actually, there's been several weeks like that lately since I'm now working so hard to get my own business off the ground. I got out of racing when I had my first because I wasn't willing to risk it, promised myself I wouldn't ride street too until they are all older and more secure. Just a choice I made, but I don't regret it at all. I feel you on the hours, but make sure you're spending quality time with the kid and wife. Mines almost 2 now and I long for more time with him.
  4. So it's a bj? Dang, should've just signed up for SandG
  5. Always go balls deep in 12 too. lol
  6. Probably heading to Westland at some point. Friend owes me $200.00+tip for his detail last Friday but never paid up and is supposed to meet up there. He's a dealer so I would assume he will be setup. Either way. I will be heading there for a few minutes to kick tires or look for a Shield with no thumb safety cheaper than I can get them at Vances new, or F it.
  7. Ah I know what that machine is like, friend had to use one in Jr High due to being in a wheelchair and not having an elevator in the school. It's the same concept, just different use. Sounds legit, thanks guys. I need to grab a fireproof asap.
  8. Do a search about it, there are so many write ups if we go down that track again, it will just be a repeat of the other 25 threads about it. FWIW, its bumpy yes but you will learn a lot about a lot by starting on a track like that. Oh and when you go fast and are really doing what you should be, the bumps don't matter.
  9. Ugh, sorry dude, all her contacts are south of Cbus because they moved here a few years ago and she doesn't have sitter contacts up here. I asked her to keep her ears open tho, but explained it would only be someone she would recommend.
  10. I can't get anything at work due to blocked sites, can anyone give me specs? Like can I, myself with friends, move this to basement? I need to get a safe asap at this point in my life.
  11. Dude sorry, I keep forgetting to ask. I am texting her now.
  12. I just looked into it after taking your advice. You're 100% right. Basically the service isn't taxable, the wax is, the protectant is, etc. So essentially relating it to your work, same kind of thing. In my case the costs of product and the "time" it would take for that product, it would be way too much work to try to break that down on paper. Especially since this is supposed to be a mainly cash business..........Invoices are only provided to businesses some are not exterior or full details so no tax there, mainly because I use so little product I don't even care. There are a few one off's and some company checks, more about that then anything.
  13. Just detailed one Friday that is going up for sale soon too. Granted that's in Cbus, but yep, has the same body rot under the doors as you listed.
  14. Shit one more thing I totally forget and wanted to ask R1 anyways; #4 on that website, which I've been using daily to get forms and read, Contact the Ohio Dept of Taxation. Do I even need to do that? I ask because my CPA basically said at tax time he's going to add 1 more Schedule to my taxes and that's about it. I mean I get the 30%, but if that's the most I can pay in taxes on it, then so be it. I don't need the Dept of Taxation to tell me that, if that's the most, cool, I am fine with that. Also, I have healthcare though my full time job, so not sure how that equates, but that's why I have a tax dude handle my shit. I don't care to keep up on all that anymore.
  15. So that was kind of my plan, I mean I only plan to "make" 500-1,000 in income this year before expenses, mileage, and taxes. The business account would probaly never have more than 500 bucks in it for very long before I needed supplies anyways. It's more of a side business that I don't plan to make much on at all and I actually had planned on paying 50% in taxes so if it's only 30% I don't even care. We're already in a super high tax bracket as it is(in my opinion that is lol), and with having twins, all the medical bills, childcare already, I can't see it being any issue, I also have my 8-5 which covers my taxes easily in what my return is, so guessing no big deal. R1Buttplugger sent me some really good info too, so appreciate everyone chiming in. From the sounds of it, everything I was doing is right in line.
  16. That is kinda my take, like they are charging 100+ for nothing. Plus charging for an EIN should be illegal, you can do it in 5 mins automatically on the internet or phone. Its automated, but Legalzoom wants to charge you, wtf. I just talked to my local CU and all they require is the LLC docs from the state and copy of operating agreement to open an account. So uh yea, looks like it's that easy. Going to send in the paperwork tonight.
  17. Okay, the time has come for me to start some serious business ventures on the side, one really, but wanted to see what others have done. Talked to my CPA, advised setting up an LLC, seperate bank account, and going that route. It's just me, no one else, no family involvement, nothing more than me. Just want to protect my personal assets and family. I was just going to go with Legalzoom, or something similar, but after looking up some info it appears forming an LLC in OH is a joke, costs $175 total for name registration and actually forming the LLC. Is that right? I mean is it that simple? I am not trying to do anything crazy like payroll or anything, just using it as protection. Oh and to get some can's...... This is the site I have been using, and from what I can tell, it's beyond easy and actually pretty quick. I even found a template and did my own operating agreement in like 2 minutes. http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/ohio-form-llc-32066.html Bowdog, Pauly, can you guys advise? I plan to be taking some business, personal checks, and possibly credit/debit cards, but prefer my main method to be cash...... If you get me. Just want to cover materials and taxes with my intake and pay as little in taxes at the end of the year as possible.
  18. After our experience with a facility we will never go to one again, no matter how nice. But that's just us. Anyways, let me talk to my sitter, I know SHE can't take your kids(sorry) but I bet she knows some other really good ones. We're super close with her, she and her kids come to most of our children's functions, and we always have play dates, pool dates with us there, and I know she would NEVER recommend someone she wouldn't trust with her kids. The only reason I say she can't handle anymore is we have twins coming and Luke will only be 22 months when they arrive, plus she has another girl full time that will be about 16 months then, and a part time girl that I think comes for like 6 hrs twice a week but she may drop her I believe. But I will ask tonight if she has anyone she would recommend.
  19. You need to rework that ad asap, kinda lame. I was hoping for some awesome Jbot slang and stuff, not some black and white crap. This thread kinda sucks actually, I had dreamed up so much better when I saw the link.
  20. Having been here at Corp for 5+ all they use are velke's on their walk behinds, you don't even see zero turns for the same reason you mentioned. There's hills in our courtyards and the drainage sucks, being between 2 corridors and low points basically no draining. Never see ruts or anything and they mow in the rain all season. I wouldn't be afraid to pull the trigger on something like that for your property at all. My neighbor in groveport used one on his little lot because he owned a landscape business, 3 passes and his front yard was done, 6 and back yard was done, but still able to get into the very very fine areas some zero turns wont.
  21. This is so true. The only way to get a "reset" without an internal war is to do this. But everyone thinks it won't matter to vote for anyone but a Dem or Repub. Hopefully someday soon, it will.
  22. To bad someone with a CHL wasn't there the 3rd time to handle things. Really, the first time.
  23. Ugh, so break that down because following along makes my head hurt. Mine is done for pickup, renewal, got called the first week of April I think, hoping it's dated post 3/23, but really NH, GA, and PA are the only states I care about. Well and CO I guess. Thanks.
