Mags, I haven't agreed with a lot of things said by you, and others for that matter. I have guns, I like guns, I have my CCL, I practice CCL, and I'm a pretty big redneck at heart. BUT, I do agree with this statement, and the fact that every "assault rifle" is pretty much sold out around here in 5.56/.223, actually scares me too. I am concerned irresponsible people will be buying them and not practicing safe storage, practice, education, everything and this could end poorly. Now I am not saying I think we need to ban them, or do anything like that, but I do feel there needs to be more evaluation of people getting guns like these. I am sure I will get flamed for agreeing with Mags and stating my feelings, but I am not hating on gun owners, or people who disagree with adding more restrictions. Like I said, I have my AR, a long with several other guns, and plan to continue to purchase these guns, teach my kids about them, but I do feel that right now it's too easy for criminals to obtain weapons.

I keep hearing Wally World still has them. I hate Wally, but if it comes down to it this weekend, most likely will have to pick up a 2nd AR and 870. Heard they have the HD 870 18.5 barrel 340-20mail in rebate, may just have to get both. If I can tomorrow at lunch I'll run to the closest wally world and see. As I said, this is the ONLY Thing I would buy there, I hate even considering it. I may just try some gun shops online too. I got one in SE ohio that may work too.

Yeah posted the Dicks part in the Gun Control needed now thread yesterday, and local wally world still had ARs etc all last night. Heard Wally just pulled the ad of the model similar to what was used, not the actual gun off the shelf, just the ad.

really? My coworker ordered all his stuff there, he is who told me about them actually. Multiple purchases and always have them in a few days shipped free. Man I hope I didn't get screwed, I'm hitting FFF in Ashland the weekend after Christmas for some shooting anyways, so maybe grab some stuff there if they have any left by then. Yeah trust me, I checked your link first, actualyl I did when you posted it but a day or two late and gonezo. Then I tried 44mags per Parks, sold out of everything in 30rds, had 100, and 20-10, but boatactical has 30rd pmags for 12 right now. Free SH too, 3-10 day SH. Considering buying more actually, figure it's about time for another AR so need to have plenty of mags stocked up. Or should I call them clips like the news has been?
