  1. Lost could probably get the new tag without even starting his bike. That is at the begining, or end, (depending on which way you are going) of a great road that is in north east Ohio

I won't be out till Saturday at best. Busy week at work planned. I would like to see the tag go south. I've been over and over the roads around here and it's getting boring. It's only spring :nono: Maybe I should move. :wtf:

  2. Yes sir. Or a loop down 44, 536, 800, 26, 7, ?646,555, 78,164.

I keep looking a those roads thinking how I can put them all together. Easy except for the 536 part. Takes us to far east to make 555 in a reasonable amount of time.

We'll have to make a thread at some point and see what the consensus is.

  3. Found the thread- http://www.ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=35823

Here another map I made a while back- http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Vrooman+Rd&daddr=Williams+Rd+to:41.6711234,-81.1860119+to:Wisner+Rd+to:41.5979531,-81.3080804+to:41.5878106,-81.2989263+to:41.57652,-81.2958+to:41.5356289,-81.2562604+to:41.5174502,-81.2638379+to:41.5005524,-81.2395429+to:41.4776851,-81.2173242+to:OH-44%2FRavenna+Rd+to:41.456755,-81.1840419+to:41.4502326,-81.1585937+to:41.4119243,-81.2271598+to:41.414121,-81.2743204+to:N+Main+St+to:41.4243462,-81.4098927+to:OH-174%2FRiver+Rd+to:41.5929004,-81.3996163+to:41.6034478,-81.3922475+to:41.6126748,-81.3730964+to:41.6371655,-81.3297252+to:Little+Mountain+Rd+to:Hermitage+Rd&geocode=FXQXfAIdKlwp-w%3BFTYpfAIdYPso-w%3BFdPZewIdJTMp-ykPFCNmPaIxiDEykADWoEYgcQ%3BFToFewIdHb8n-w%3BFQG8egIdUFYn-ykrX1hrm6cxiDEds_nO8DaJDA%3BFWKUegIdEnon-ynpi4N0KwgxiDG8VmduXFDWsA%3BFUhoegIdSIYn-ykNW5YyMwgxiDGwoUiF5jszQg%3BFYzIeQIdvCAo-ymDQcaUYwkxiDE-DvxhMFFihA%3BFYqBeQIdIwMo-ykNJSPaUQkxiDEkn5wTZ9_Hxg%3BFYg_eQIdCmIo-ykBtqdHDwwxiDEJUQSkbD86CQ%3BFTXmeAId1Lgo-ynjJxSvWwwxiDFYPw1edL7QRA%3BFbKWeAIduggp-w%3BFXOUeAId1zop-ylDPYapGA0xiDFBCFH0BWZKNA%3BFfh6eAIdP54p-yl19MT7zXIxiDHk5Lr_2fYhUg%3BFVTldwIdaZIo-ymxj2mJbBIxiDEMBBoFDWoDbA%3BFentdwIdMNon-ylFanXcwRExiDG_SGEnZcJm3A%3BFWUxeAIdUA4m-w%3BFdoVeAIdnMgl-yk3wxLkQxsxiDE78PufF2kkIA%3BFYh9egIdpK4l-w%3BFUSoegIdwPAl-ylLQwF0ZAcxiDHPrM-VR1VRXw%3BFXfRegIdiQ0m-ym1aZEb0akxiDEwRfKIhKx9cg%3BFYL1egIdWFgm-ymFCr5dOKgxiDEeVeU9Ud423w%3BFS1VewIdwwEn-ym76gbQM6YxiDFaZhhIlW_5Dw%3BFbljewId1Ycn-w%3BFe5lewId1Qgo-w&hl=en&mra=mi&mrsp=24&sz=15&via=2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,17,19,20,21,22&dirflg=h&sll=41.640784,-81.259432&sspn=0.018377,0.031972&ie=UTF8&t=h&ll=41.607228,-81.493835&spn=0.461042,1.352692&z=10

  4. Thanks!

I have a friend that lives on Dodd and from driving there many times the only thing I can say about that road is that it is kinda narrow and cars will cross the double yellow. Then again there isn't very much traffic on that road so I might have to ride on it sometime.

If Saturday stays nice like it is supposed to be I think I'm going to go get the NEO TAG that hasn't been updated for a little bit.

Dodd is closed right now for bridge repairs. Go take a ride around Leroy/ Thompson. I did a parks and waterfall ride over there 2 years ago (there's a thread on here somewhere). It's about the most technical riding you will find in this area. Also lots of driveways and really it all has to be pieced together, just like anything else around here. If you want "go fast" stuff might as well head south of Canton. But there are places to practice up in our neck of the woods, just not many places.

  5. I stop up there occasionally and know just about everyone who stops up there regularly. Most of them guys are good people, believe it or not. Normally my coffee stop is at Starbucks in Chagrin.

If you ever want a tour of the few roads we have worth riding let me know. I've been in this area my whole life and know just about road worth knowing. At least they keep me entertained during the week.

Once a month I do a long ride down south or east into PA. Typically it's a 8+ hour ride, has turned into rides over 12 hours. Not exactly for the faint of heart. Speaking of which my first one should be coming up here in May. I would guess I'm going to go to S.E. Ohio or maybe Coshcoton. Idk yet because they weather hasn't given me much optimism for a 500 mile, dry, day ride.

I was near downtown Willoughby for a little bit because the guy I was riding with lives a couple blocks over off of Euclid Ave. I don't think I have ever seen more than one sport bike at a time parked in downtown Willoughby. That would be awesome to have 10-15 sport bikes meet for lunch there someday and park across the street from all the Harley guys haha. I ride a lot up and down 174, 322, and 6 making stops at the Holden Arboretum. As soon as the weather gets better I look forward to finding some new roads to adventure on. I also need to get myself some ohio riders stickers.
  6. Lost....sorry we didn't meet up. Didn't get your text until about an hour after you sent.

It's all good. I rode around while and ended up riding about 150 miles.

I did wait here o Meadow lane for a half hour. I needed a smoke break anyways.

    Maybe next time.

  7. I love fairings! Looks good.

Btw, I think they have full fairing SV's stock....right? I swore I knew that.

Some years yes. Can't remember which ones. I'm pretty sure 04 and up do and 03 down didn't. But they do have aftermarket. Obviously.

I could be wrong though. Haven't been keeping up on all the facts. Work has had my complete attention for the last year. Adult life:rolleyes:

  8. I'm planning on heading out from mentor at 2. Most likely going to ride around Leroy, Kirtland Hills, maybe down to chagrin. Only plan is to be home close to or just after dark.

I'd love to get down to atwood but doubtful since it's so late in the day. I'm going to think about it for a little bit.
