Where are you in Marysville? I'm looking for land and can't find any for under a premium price. I live in Marysville now and want to stay out here.

We are just south of 347, between 31 and Wolford-Maskill. We paid $5k/acre for the first 10 and $3.3k/acre for the 15 we added about 2 years later, that was about 12 years ago. What part of town are you in?

I am in. They family vacation will bill a road trip out west instead of heading to HHI, so the new dates work..

Holy shit that is 3 times my mortgage on a 3 bed room, full finished basement, a 2.5 car garage on a acre.

The exact reason I moved from Hilliard and built in Marysville. That is just shy of what I pay for my 4br house on a 25 acre horse farm.

Great weekend! Meet some members I hadn't met before. Northern Georgia was amazing! Thanks to Tim for leading a wonderful ride. I have to agree with Scuba that October is much more enjoyable than June.

I would just like to point out that the rain is following Ben down there. I am not around so this one can't be blamed on me.

The funny thing is that it is raining in Alcoa and doesn't show on the radar. Less than 90 minutes from the cabin.

Had a new Road Attack 2 mounted this past weekend. Going to do a refresh on the brake fluid and check the rear wheel bearings before the trip.
