I'm lazy as shit and wish I could just use my glasses but they definitely get smashed anytime I pop my head up in the wind.

sometime i wear mine when i was too late in the morning to put in my contacts before the first session out, but even at moderate speeds where you're not tucked in tight and especially under breaking at the end of the straight, it pushes the helmet face in and smashes the glasses against my face. that's just my experience and it probably wouldnt happen with other faces/glasses

the p99 is probably the most underrated hand gun out there. it's getting a bit more notice now long after it's been out, but it really a fantastic gun. smooth, accurate, trigger with a very distinct break, on and on.

i'm going to recommend the SV650 (03 and up, if it were me, and depending on budget). lower seat height than most 600's, better power than 250/500 (since it sounds like she knows how to ride a bike), excellent resale in case she falls out of love with it, and great for parts availability in case she falls with it.

had my old g35 done by quality tint. they used to be on morse, but don't know if they're there anymore. they did a pretty good job, no complaints. my mini was done by a place called Mr. Tint, not sure where they're at, but they did a decent job too. once you decide on someone, let us know how it goes.

Google + ar15 build. It would take absolutely forever to try to lay it all out. There are so many different configs and setups... You just have to spend the time and read what's out there. Once you figure out what setup you want, then you'll have better luck asking for specifics.

I wouldn't want to carry 2 mortgages either. In your case, I would definitely sell, if you have equity in the house especially. I'm going into this understanding that there is risk in getting shitty tenants and having the house trashed, rent unpaid, possibly going through nightmare eviction process... To have to burden that risk AND possibly depend on the rent money to make payments to the second mortgage would be too much for me. the only reason I'm willing to risk it is cause my house is paid off and I'm partial to it and don't really want to sell (childhood home, its a good growing area, etc). Regardless, I'm glad somebody appreciates it. I'm pretty much going to use this thread as my diary of being a first time noob landlord. Hopefully, this thread won't see too many expletives from me.
