he wouldn't give me that supersport build 675 engine that was just sitting there doing nothing for some reason despite my engine woes. he said it only made like 120-something hp. kinda bummed about the lackluster numbers (105hp. apparently, 114-115 is the norm) though, i think that's about what the zx6r is putting out. i'm more concerned about the suspension being ok than the engine though, so we'll see how the first weekend goes. the GPR mount i got direct from GPR also didn't fit, but that should be an easy fix, unless GPR finds a way to fuck that up too. other than those minor details, once we get the painted plastics back, we should be ready to go. oh, there is the safety wiring too, but i'm saving that atrocity for last.

trmn8tr and i will be driving from lake county (30 minutes NE of cleveland) and driving down, probably through cbus and god knows where else. we'll be in a luxurious enclosed trailer and truck or suv (not sure which vehicle we're pulling with yet). we can probably fit 2 more bikes and people comfortably... but you have to be cool with people who openly fart and giggle about it. also, when you burp, you have to make it sound like the word "burp" so I'll laugh, or i will punch you in the throat. we are going down thurs morning and coming back up sun whenever so we can get to bed in time for work the next day. fuel will be split 3-4 ways, depending on how many people are in. also, terribly jokes will be told. maybe cards against humanity. maybe porn on the ipad.

why would i need an excuse like that? I was about a second faster on it at nelson and beaver than i was on my cbr, and i still think it's a brilliant machine to ride.

every zx6r here (no matter what shade of blue) will be faster than R1couldnthandleazx6r.

i've shot a Spectre (not the new and supposedly "better" one) and i thought it sounded great. i've also shot a few different pistols from a sparrow and that also did well. frankly, i dont think you'll go wrong with at least any of the silencerco options. since i only have first hand experience with those 2 cans, that's all i can offer. oh, the sparrow and i think the spectre also come apart very nice so it's easy to clean. again, dont know about other cans. good luck! i'm looking forward to trying out my savage MKII with a can shortly.
