  1. I let my son draw in mine..
  2. I went to the HHgregg up here in Montrose, Oh. I've got one closer in Akron, but we just happened to be in that area on Sunday. The price they gave me was $2199 on the Panasonic TC-P65S1, I didn't ask if they could do any better because I wasn't ready to make a decision that day. They came up with that price by looking at BB and Sears and wanted to beat the Sears price they found. I did like the looks of the Panasonic and it seemed to be a great value for the size. I don't know if there's much you can do for me since you are in Columbus and I'm in Akron, but if you can do anything let me know. I wouldn't be totally against a drive to Columbus if the deal was good enough. Also, I wouldn't mind the samsung 63" plasma PN63B550 if HHgregg carries it. Amazon has it for $2333.
  3. Ryan, if you can find me a 60-65" Plasma for 1g hook me up. I've searched all over and the best prices I can find are for the 60" LG plasmas @ $1400 w/ free delivery.
  4. Samsung may have the biggest name and greatest market share, but I have a friend that is on his 3rd Samsung 50" LCD in the last year. Luckily the place he bought it from has been really good at replacing it under warranty. If I were to go LCD, I think I'd definitely go with the new Vizio. For the price, it can't be beat and I haven't had a single issue with my other one. I think I just want something a bit larger for the family room, I believe we'll be sitting back about 13ft. from it. I've read some really good reviews of the panasonic P65S1, but I have a couple of concerns regarding the plasma. The first one is from what I've seen in the stores is the plasma's screen isn't as bright and vibrant as an LCD, and the other thing that really irks me is that the plasma consumes about 750w of power vs. the LCD's 154w.
  5. It is the Panasonic Viera 1080P 600Hz. The model # is TC-P65S1. I got the 47" for the bedroom because that's where I play my Xbox360, the picture quality on my rear-projection was crap so I couldn't play it on that. Plus, the 47" fit perfectly in the cabinet we have in the bedroom. Plus porn is better on a big screen:D
  6. I love Vizio too, my bedroom TV is a 47" Vizio LCD and its the best TV i've ever had. Their new 55" LED LCD is a very nice looking set and it is also on my list. Check it out http://www.vizio.com/flat-panel-hdtvs/vf551xvt.html I'd actually take this over my neighbors Samsung 7 series LED.
  7. As the title states I just started shopping for a new TV to replace the one in our family room. Currently I've got a 60" Hitachi LCD Rear-projection. It's about 5 years old now and I've never really enjoyed the picture from it and now I'm ready to replace it. So I went to HHgregg yesterday to look around. Originally I was thinking about going with a 65" Mitsubishi DLP, but after looking at it and talking with the salesman @ HHG I think I'm crossing it off the list. My neighbor just recently got a new 55" LED LCD and while its nice, I don't think I can drop down to a 55" from 60". I'm sure 5" isn't going to make a big difference, but if I'm going to upgrade I may as well go a bit bigger... So I was steered in the direction of the 65" Panasonic Viera Plasma. Does anyone have any opinions or experience with this TV? I know someone on here works @ HHGregg, I was given a price of $2,199, is this a good price or can I do better?
  8. http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/ele/1498514993.html Free LCD TV.Yes it works perfectly.Yes it has a remote. No i wont deliver. Why is it FREE you ask????? My room mate thought it would be "hysterical" to pause gay porn on my TV while my girlfriend and I were on vacation for 2 weeks, thus burning and image into the screen. So...If you dont mind a sillouette of a skinny white guy taking a load in the face from the biggest black penis in recorded history forever adorning your new TV, Its yours.
  9. Thanks for all the replies guys... For anyone curious, the procedure was cake. I didn't feel anything at all and as of now I still have no pain or discomfort. I even decided just to come back to work today, I was bored sitting around the house yesterday.
  10. Ok, I'll let you know how it goes. I thought about freezing some sperm for the just in case, but I just don't think I want to keep that option open. I'm going on 35 yrs old, and I just don't see me one day saying hey lets have another.
  11. What did he use that was better? I already got the peas, I told my wife she has to eat them when I'm done with them:D We don't waste food at our house.
  12. My doctor is charging about $500, but its a covered procedure by my health insurance (Summa). The insurance company should be happy to pay it, I think it cost them around $12k for my wife to have our son. She felt that our son should have a sibling to grow up with so he wouldn't be lonely. I disagree, I think he'll be just as happy being an only child. I would have been fine being an only child, but I didn't get that lucky. But then again, I am an asshole and not much of a people person.
  13. Well guys, since the riding season is officially, I've made the hardest decision I've ever had to make.... I'm going in tomorrow for a vasectomy . I've got one son right now and while I love him more than anything, I just can't do it again. My wife called me selfish (she wants a little girl), but I bought her a new diamond this week so I think she's on board with the decision now. So wish me luck, I guess I'll be walking funny for the next week or so.
  14. I thought it was a fun ride, it was the first time in a very long time that I actually got to ride with people. The last couple of years have just been me mainly commuting to work and the occasional weekend jaunt around town. I think the last "group" ride I did was with Paul back when I had my 04 R6. It was nice meeting you Ryan and Jinu, and nice seeing you again Paul. Hopefully I'll be able to make a few more rides next season.
  15. We rode the valley yesterday too. There were a ton of bikes out yesterday and the winkinglizard was like grand central station.
  16. Sorry for your loss Ryan. My thoughts and prayers are with you, his family and friends.
  17. Ok, I'll try my best to be there by 11:30, that should give you guys enough time to eat.
  18. 11 may be stretching it a bit for me, I know I can definitely make noon. If thats too late for you guys thats ok, maybe I'll see you out and around.
  19. I plan on staying somewhat local too. I've still got some shit to get done around the house so I plan on only riding for a couple hours. I was thinking about riding around noon or so, should be plenty warm by then.
  20. Wow, this thread went way the fuck off topic.
  21. I've got some shit to do on Saturday, but I'm pretty sure I can get away for a couple hours on Sunday for a ride. I was planning on a final ride this weekend before I put her away at work for the winter. I was a dumbass and rode to work yesterday morning thinking the afternoon weather would be clear.... the fuckin weather forecast was SO WRONG. I had to ride home in Wind, Rain, Sleet, slick roads and it was dark. Worst ride of my life....
  22. WELCOME... I'm not far from Akron, I'm in Brimfield.
  23. Nowadays parents don't seem to be disciplining their kids like they used to. I don't know if its because they're afraid to or just don't give a shit, but it drives me crazy. I'm not one of those parents, if my son is acting up, he's getting smacked so he knows he's in the wrong and I don't care who's around. I had to tell one lady to mind her own fucking business while we were on our cruise last week after she made a comment about me smacking my son on his ass for being a brat. Should have seen the look on her face, I was pissed.
  24. I love my Yamahaha, mainly cause she looks sexy. I've honestly never ridden any other bike besides my 04 and 07 R6, so I really have nothing to compare it to. I did sit on a 09 600rr and 09 ZX6R a few weeks ago and was very surprised how much more comfortable they were than my R6.
