Tool on the Lateralus tour. They pretty much brought Cirque de Soleil with them. Pretty sweet watching acrobats swing around on sheets of silk.
-
Sweet. I want.
-
I want to come but my fantasy draft in my money league is at 7. Maybe dinner afterward if I can.
-
You know the drill.
Friday at 9:00pm - Saturday at 1:00am ( we go on around 11 pm)
Bethel Road Pub1375 Bethel Rd
Back to our roots at Bethel Road Pub(we started at open mics here). We love this place and have a blast here.
Dave Caldwell will be opening(9pm-11pm), come support another great act too.
Chuck Oney on sound and also will be serenading Andy, should be a good time.
Pics to show the awesome night that will be had.
Don't worry sheep lovers, we have something for you too.

What bag is that? I've been looking for a swing arm bag; I like that one.
-
Oh, and if you don't get something you like, hit me up again after labor day and I'll try to help out, I might have some free time by then.
-
Yes we are legally affiliated.

I figured, I was generalizing.
I have people come in off the street with Buckeyes(or anything trademarked) throw fits when I won't reproduce it for their game room.
Sorry bub, someone else just like me is making a living off the designs they do, I'm not going to steal from them just so you can have a buck-fucker pong game.

I heard he was busy but if he has free time and wants to try something out he is more than welcome to. I guess in addition to the yota hand job I guess we can give away a shirt too.
yeah, if you actually want it done, you would be better off not waiting around for me.
I would for get in touch with the school for the affiliation thing. I won't do anything OSU that is not directly with the school. It makes people angry, but that is why there are license agreements and stores like Buckeye Corner to sell the crap.
If it is a legally affiliated group though, not a problem for any reproduction.

Art - Next time I am going to hit you instead
Go for it, that plastic toy can bring no harm to my mighty iron steed.
-
Just bowl it down the highway. It's good for it, it'll put hair on its chest.
-
Pretty awesome Brian. Everyone on here should link this on their Facebook and such and spread the word.
I thnk it's pretty amazing to do something when everything is stacked against you. Stories like this is what people need to think of when they say they can't do something. Screw that, you just proved it can be done. Kudos.

Maybe?

Who wants to trade some paint on big wheels?
I'm down. I'll even let you pick the hill.
I would love to do this. I thought big wheels were the coolest toy ever. I've seen adult ones. Fuck yeah.

The real issue here is that we are talking about 2 different things:
1. Sportbike stopping distance. 400 lbs. of plastic at 200 mph coming to a screeching halt on one tire... defying the laws of physics.
2. Harley stopping distance. 1000 lbs of chrome sliding helplessly for a half mile after the rider "had to put 'er down".
Sounds about right.

So, you agree with me. I said "on average" - not everyone...
The cool comment is pretty old at this stage.
Either. 2-3 seconds is what you are told in driving school. Nobody does that. Car or bike...I don't see on average anywhere in this post. I see that you say nobody follows that rule. I said some people break it on occasion.
That is not agreeing. I don't agree with you.
I don't think I've agreed with anything you've said in this entire thread.
Basically you've advocated riding like 270 is a track.
When you got called out for that, it all the sudden became about how drive cars.
Dumb is dumb, car, bike, snowmobile, giant big wheels, whatever.
No worries, We have laws for this kind of thing, a guy named Darwin wrote them.
Oh and I agree, the cool thing is getting old. You can just be awesome from here on out.
-
Either. 2-3 seconds is what you are told in driving school. Nobody does that. Car or bike...
That my friend, is an assumption, and you can assume you are wrong.
Do most people break the rule on occasion? Probably. Do all people break the rule? No.
Don't think that just because you do everyone does. Remember, you are cool, we are not. Being the awesome person you are is what separates you from the rest of us lame folks and what makes you cool.
-
Well, you are probably one of VERY few. I drive over 48-50k miles a year and I am here to tell you that people aren't leaving 2 seconds minimum behind the car in front. Behind? Maybe. But, there are even signs posted to make sure people aren't cutting in so soon...
But, if you drive with at minimal 2-3 seconds gap behind the car in front, you are a minority.
Now are you talking driving or riding? A minute ago you talking about swerving in and out of traffic on a bike with only 5 foot of clearance.
But yeah, even driving, I usually do follow the 2 second rule on the highway.
What I find funny about guys serving in and of traffic on their bikes is that when I'm behind them, I usually get to the light at the exit ramp the same time they do and I didn't risk an accident or a ticket.
-
So... Do you? Reason I ask is that I know you don't. Anyone on here that says they do every damn time is lying.
All I am saying is that you sit here and preach about this type of thing and yet, how many threads are there where guys are talking about making laps around 270? Running flat out speeds out on the road?
If you are an advocate for safety, what's the change?
I guarantee I do every time, and I'm not lying. I"ll get passed by kids on tricycles before I ride like an idiot on the highway where no one is paying attention.
-
Trust me, Ben... If it were a track, I'd lay on your fairing or brush against you...
I guess we can't all be as cool as you are.
-
Now I want to know what it said originally.
I'm game, let me know when and I'll help if I can.
Oct 23 the band is in Cleveland, so there may be a few of us there for that.
-
To each his own right...Anyway keeps my kids involved with a healthy hobby and out of trouble. Promotes there imagination and gets tools into there hands.
You do this with your kids? That makes you a bad ass in my book.
-
My heart just broke in two.
aww.
Pauly, if I ever get a Duc, I promise you can jizz on it.
-
That's because you keep pissing off the Motorcycle Gods with your cruiser purchasing. Buy a damn sport bike so we can finally have some riding weather besides "Rain" and "95 Fucking Degrees"!!
I was looking for the Fuck you smiley, but this one made me laugh. It suits you as well.
I was real close to buying a Streetfighter instead of the HD. I didn't want you down here all the time jizzing all over it though.

Was wondering if anyone is into scale rc rockcrawling? I'm part of a local group called N.O.S.T.R (Northern Ohio Scale Trail Runners). Heres one of my builds.Started as a 1/6 scale Hasbro push toy. Converted into a hobbygrade rc rockcrawler.
Hmm. I guess it's no different than the guys into the RC planes.
Not something I would ever get into, but I do think the Jeep is bad-ass, but put your Barbies away before you come play with the big boys.
Nah, seriously I do think it's pretty cool.

Check Out Indian Dunes National Park. Almost exactly 5 hours from Marysville.
I've been wanting to go there. Do you have 10 hours total, or is that just want you want to ride?
