They do have lots of chainsaw in the tool dept. Hedge trimmer would prob work also. Sledge hammer or maul would make a mess but could be funny to watch. the list goes on...

Scott for $349 you could almost get the sig 250 you were looking at? Fin has the sigma without the laser on sale with a mail in rebate right now for $269. Right now vances has the sig p250 compact 9mm for $399.

I like the idea of the rod laser but the crimson trace is much easier to use I think? You grip the gun and it is on. I would have to see the one you have in person to make a choice, maybe if I ever make it down your way I will check it out. The M&P was a nice gun, shot well I just did not like the take down with the little lever you had to flip to remove the slide.

It has a 06-07 motor retuned for midrange the mags were rating them at 130bhp I beleive. Has more midrange then the same year cbr did, with less top end.

Does the guide rod laser have any adjustment to it or is it fixed? How do those guide rail lasers turn on, a pressure pad somewhere? I saw they came out with a crimson trace for the xd I have been thinking about one of those also. I have the 9sc and service models, love them both. Had a 9 m&p was nice but I like the take down on my xd's better.

What range are most shots taken from? Online they all seem to be real close or over 100yrds. If I was gonna zero my scope what would be a good distance to use for yotes? Right now it is spot on at 75yrds, a little low at 100.
