  1. Thats why I'm waiting for the xds in 9mm dont like having to many calibers to stock up on ammo. Tonik i might have someone who wants your xdm.
  2. Yeah i shoot my ar there if i dont go to a&a.
  3. Only down side to pro arm is no shotguns. But the plus is they allow fmj on rifles and using a mag. Stonewall is hp softpoint only and you have to load one round at a time it sucks for rifle there.
  4. The 38 is also widder then the xds is. I like my lc9, but if springfield comes out with a xds in 9mm it will be my next carry gun.
  5. Plus one on proarmament i prefer them over stonewall. Close to you would be stonewall, pro arms, a&a is outdoor but has a small indoor ppistol range.
  6. Better then some I have tried sad to say:(
  7. I have yet to find a good mexican place near cleveland.
  8. Who wants to shoot this weekend? I need to sight my shotgun in still LOL! Anyone have a outdoor place to sight in a slug gun?
  9. From what I have heard you just have to show competency to the instructor. Which could be shooting a paper plate from ten feet, or in my case 75 feet. LOL I felt it was a good class and learned a lot from the class. Even if his shooting portion was somewhat non defensive.
  10. As far as i know there is no set state rule on the shooting portion of the test?
  11. I know its not a defensive distance but 75 feet is not that hard to hit center mass on a man sized target.
  12. I don't know why we had to shoot at that distance but it was part of my class? 5 shots weak hand and 5 strong hand at that distance. He said he was not gonna pass anyone who he felt could not shoot a handgun. Will look at their web site and see if he list shooting requirements? Here is a link to the place I took my class at. http://www.commencefire.com/course/concealed/concealed.html
  13. Do you ever need an excuse to buy another gun?
  14. My chl test was more then shooting a paper plate from ten feet. We shot at 7,25,75 feet.lots of people failed lol. I had two shoulder hits that took off two points weak handed. Rest were center mass.
  15. I shoot with both hands every range trip. I scored a 100 on my chl test left handed and a 98 right handed pulled the last two weak hand shots at 75 feet.
  16. Yeah I am left eye and left handed. Kawi is a south paw also. I been shooting rifles and hand guns left handed since I was a kid LOL!
  17. Small frame guns tend to kick more. Try a grip cover houge makes a nice cover that might help some.
  18. Where are you located at now Bill? I could come get the .38 this weekend?
  19. Come december I am just gonna take Walthers with me to fin and have him help me pick a bolt gun off the shelf? You in Tom?
  20. Should I go with one of these and a tasco scope?
  21. Damn peanut butter rule +rep to pokey LOL!
  22. I agree with the keep a level head comment. I use to have a suzuki bandit 1200 that I had made "mine" was very happy with the bike and it's setup after pouring money into it. After a great year of riding, I pushed a little to hard on a late season ride and totaled it out. I still miss that bike. And the new gen fz1 with hard bags is my next bike I want. Took some digging but found a pic of my post get off bandit.
  23. That new cb1100 looks nice and would be close to a cruiser. Wonder what the price tag will be?
  24. Send me pics of the. 38 you should have my cell number
