Yea, I almost went with a motard or sport touring...Don't really care about being bad...I just wanted funds to support my track habit...I plan to do 10-15 track days this year, and trying to get everything ready "tires, oil, etc" and prepay track days early so when the time comes, I'm not scrounging for cash

That one was slow! This one is a MUCH better machine... And many more mods! 2005 1000rr stock vs 2008 1000rr with mods NO COMPARISON!

Funny story, the guy I bought it from has an older vfr and raaaaaaaved about it...Said it was great at everything... makes me kinda want one...I have never been on one, and I would want to ride one on the twisties to make sure I wasn't getting something too boring, but after talking to you and him, makes me think that with a good rider, you can just about keep up with anyone on it... Where at in Hilliard, Wilcox rd? I was around a little bit..I don't have proper plates yet, so I wasn't going to far from home! lol

I doubt it was a DUI...He was leaving his house and was pulling out of the driveway... He could have been drinking at his home by himself or something, but doubt it was a DUI... Could be though...But don't see Mr. Woods as a big drinker...

It has... Its had 4 track days on it... If my track bike goes down, this will replace it until I get my track bike fixed... Its GP shift too.. Found that out the fun way lol

I sold my 1098 to free up some funds for the track.. I wanted a new trailer, tire warmers, tires, money for track days etc... So I sold the 1098... Drove to Detroit this morning to get it... 2008 1000rr with 1100 miles... Mods - Full exhaust, Power Commander, Rear Sets, SS brake lines, and brand new tires still not installed
