Wife has had a forrester and now an outback and they are tanks in the snow. Wet and heavy snow up to the bumper and you might be screwed.

I'm still thinking about it and won't make a decision until saturday morning. -
Not yet. But if they continue the way it has been going it might just turn out that way some day.

I meant back to back weekends. I don't believe I can get off work in time to make Friday worthwhile. -

Im just going to show up Saturday morning if weather is good and my wife doesn't threaten me for doing back to back track days -
I think it was the carousel.

Nice to briefly meet you. Looks like you had a lowside from what I can tell with some cosmetic damage. Kudos to you for dusting off and getting back on track. Glad you learned a lot.
-
Had a great time. Could not of have had better weather.
-
It sucks and I'm not a fan. All I can say is be very smooth with throttle inputs. Weather forecast is looking a little better so maybe we'll get lucky and have a mostly dry day.
-
Weather's looking pretty fuktastic so far.

I would assume it's a joke. It would be pretty impressive to line up the pinion and weld it to the ring gear just right and still be able to get it back into the axle.

Kevin you crack me up. Although you can really tell he has had some Instruction because the first thing you learn is to use the arches of your feet on the pegs.

Knowing this kid he'll be fine on a RS. If anyone is doing 160 on the straights hopefully they would have enough sense to go around. Maybe for the first couple trackdays the Dad could run as a shadow/blocker like I've seen father's and older brothers do for the kid on the smaller bike. My problem is when someone parks it in the corners and I doubt this kid is going to have any issues carrying good corner speed.

Sounds good

Cool. Might see you all there then.

Anyone going up tomorrow night? Kind of thinking about it if I can get all my shit together.
-
I don't think he wants to get his new track bike wet.

Man I offer up my grill and the thread takes all kind of crazy twists. Did someone mention dog burritos.

I plan on staying Saturday night. I'll have a hot charcoal grill if anyone wants to slap some meat on it.
