  1. That is my helmet. I declare right now that no one else on the board is allowed to copy me.
  2. Nice, didn't know Ghost Rider was on OR.net I am so jealous
  3. Look at Icon's too. I had an older Shoei and the Icon Mainframe I bought is much quieter. Good quality helmet IMO. I love the Scorpion design, very rising sun-ish. I have just always thought of them as lower quality.
  4. Oh and I have a 1:18 scale Maisto VFR I'll throw in to sweeten the deal! lol Just let me know. I'll be in Cbus all day tomorrow.
  5. $130 and I will bring you the VFR800 Haynes Manual I found in my basement
  6. You had luggage? Grrr lol jk I'd like a pic and a price.
  7. Yes SHAME on you! I mean, it's one thing not to wave at the little guys but this is just too much. (Hope the person's ok)
  8. That's definitely the kind of thing I'm looking for. I may need em soon, I think I'll stop by the Pony tomorrow.
  9. That is what I read. Seriously, what's up with the long list of polished bolts? JAYKAY! I like the bike
  10. Dude you find the weirdest things . . . these are pretty cool though
  11. This is what I'm thinking, I'd really like some panniers
  12. +rep for you! There was another thread on this forum somewhere about chases. I wasn't too surprised to find out that about 1/3 killed in pursuits are bystanders.
  13. Since trading the VFR I am really missing my big ol topcase. I tend to use my bike for commuting and this weekend was able to stuff a change of casual clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and a suit/shirt/tie (mostly unwrinkled) into my old backpack from school. Long story short, that weight on my back SUCKED. Really wore on me after about an hour's travel and just generally made me uncomfortable. So given my needs to often carry a change of clothes (sometimes a suit) and some books what would give me the most storage space on my bike? Bonus points if I can just drive over to the Pony and pick it up.
  14. I got a muffler ticket in my car once, but that's a long story. Even "off road use only" sportbike pipes (basically all aftermarket) can't be heard next to Harley's. At least that's my opinion from a riders standpoint (my bike is pretty loud). So what's your usual approach when you get a rider pulled over? I've yet to get stopped on my bike but everyone I know has always been treated real well. Kinda like: "thanks for stopping, there's no way my Vic could catch you." Disclaimer: I would not and do not endorse running from po-po
  15. Almost makes sense on a Goldwing. I wouldn't want to hold one up at every light
  16. I don't know either. I ended up behind one when I was traveling SE yesterday. He was nice enough to wave me around before it got twisty. Never saw him again. BTW you steer WAY worse than a car. It makes absolutely no sense from a physics standpoint to have that tiny contact patch up front and two tires out back. So no, I don't understand it either.
  17. Very tastefully done, and more of a sleeper now. However, I have to say a few points in originality were lost. I'd still rather have the after.
  18. Nice bike, I see it doesn't have any "illegal" pipes on it , I hope to see you around on the bike and not the cruiser lol
  19. I would have, but I am a Yammie man . . . for now
  20. Honestly if I had the choice (or the skill) to choose between these bikes I might not get the Honda. At 6'1" it makes me look huge!

    Wtf

I'm going to buy one and make all of you look silly in the twisty stuff. I will look like the worlds fastest caterpillar.
