Right. At least you can say one thing about the 250's, their great as starter bikes...and all of about 15 min. Have you looked into selling it? If you can get at least 2 for it, might be able to find a 600 sportbike. I'll probably, unfortunately be stuck with a 80's cruiser this year. Money's tight. So...now your girl is wanting to ride? That's great. What's Americorp?

Haha. I'm Shawn. I usually go through 2-3 bikes a summer. My brother also rides. Probably who you saw. Gear, at least good gear is definitely not cheap. I'm pretty sure i've seen you ride it by the house a couple times. lol. We'll have to go on a ride this summer, if your free. How long have you had your 250?

After wrecking the ninja i had last August...my parents have told me...i'm not welcome at their house if i get another bike. I've gone through every scenario imaginable with people who hate motorcycles. Life can be boring...if you let it...why not have some fucking fun?

What do you I need to look for when i am checking a used bike ?

Look for bent forks. If it's a sportbike, check the plastics for cracks. Check the oil, if you can. Look inside the gas tank for rust. Check the chain, make sure it's not too loose or too tight. That's all i can think of for now. I'm sure others have plenty more. -
