Yeah. The deep state doesn't like Donny. After they find out he won't be chased off with leaks, they'll program some lonely soul, whose middle name we will all learn, to do their dirty work in a more direct fashion. Then they'll have the media make us all swallow it and label any skeptics "conspiracy crackpots." Then you'll feel all better.

"Metzger's Dog" by Thomas Perry. Set in the '80s, funny as hell, ironic and fast paced. A book I revisit every couple years. May be a little hard to find, though.

Just buy the same stuff I buy at the other humongo chains. Pay $27 for a jug of Mobil1 at WallyWorld or $39 at Advance Auto? I'll take WallyWorld for $27, Alex. Pick you chain poison. Retail is a scale game.

In the $35 range, I have tried several and generally like Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select the best. Knob Creek is second and Four Roses is also good. This is all "palate of the beholder" stuff, though. But if you keep buying EW in between the others, or try it along side, the bang for the buck becomes obvious.

Why is this here? Are we suddenly discriminating on what we post? Really? My guess is that the roughly 1,000 people without a job give a shit. Generally, an interesting, quirky store to go through. Sort of a combined Walmart and Trader Joe's.

Old Ford Escape. High mileage car with some rust and no working a/c but a good runner. I have a step-nephew that has long commutes to both school and work and no car so I just signed it over to him.
