  1. I like the NRA... but dude... they are worse than the blood drive people. Honestly... they are giving a one year free memberships so they can get your name and address. Once you join... they send you mail at LEAST weekly asking for more money. If you give them money... they ask you for money more often. I understand why they do it... and I support the NRA and their mission... but damn it I HATE peopel who constantly have their hands out. So... don't join if you have a problem with a shit ton of junk mail. Just my .02.

  2. there still comes problems with leagalization..........

Yes there does. There would have to be a shift in tinking for it to happen... but legalization is the answer to many problems. The fact is... we are spending billions on the war on drugs. The other fact is... we are fucking losing the war on drugs. So, what's the point?

Personally, I feel that if your dumb enough to snort coke... smoke crack... smoke meth etc... you should be able to. I'm not your fucking daddy, and I don't need to try to save you from yourself.

BUT!, when you fry your brain... I don't think we should pay to keep you alive. I don't think tax dollars should pay for ANY medical treatment as a result of your actions. Also... if YOU steal to support your habit it should be perfectly legal to shoot your ass.

The government wants to spend more money... and people are getting rich smuggling drugs. So why don't the feds start making coke? You would know it was good shit... and they could make billions.

  3. PMs Sent guys.

I'll go ahead and put it up here too.

The presses seem to be going on Ebay for around $100.00. Dies, $40-$50 per set. Same for the powder measure and tumbler - $40-$50 each.

To buy all the stuff new, you'd probably have about $600 in it.

I'll sell the whole lot for $350.00

    Todd

If you decide to break it up... I might be interested in the .45 lee dies. I already have a press and the rest though.

  4. Say WHAT!!!?? As busy as McDonalds gets someone got beat TO DEATH with people just standing around like scared bitches? Un-fucking-believable!

Post up the story and video if you can man. I'd like to see/read it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyoVnEE-wA8 Not it... but a dude beats a teenage girl at mcdonalds.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-489080/Pregnant-woman-saw-lover-beaten-death-McDonalds-father-son.html Still not what I'm looking for... but still a dude beaten to death at mcdonalds.

Well i'm not seeing the one I'm looking for... but I will never forget it. It's almost the same as the one you posted up. White dude bitched at black lady for cutting in line... she goes out and gets her 6'6" boyfriend and he flat stomps the white guy to death. I know it was in Fl... probably 05 or 06.

  5. but you know what happens to people who carry knives, right?

people who carry knives get shot.

    Lol.

People who carry a knife to a gun fight at close range and don't know how to use it definatly get shot.

People who carry a knife to a gun fight at long range definatly get shot.

BUT... inside 21 feet... if you know what your doing... you can own someone with a firearm every time as long as they are pointing it elsewhere to begin with. Also, a good sharp knife will go through a bullet proof vest... so if your opponent is wearing, there are even added benefits.

  6. You guys ever see this video of cowards? :nono:

So what if this guy is big as they say, there's 7 other guys in there that could've helped. He wouldv'e had no chance if they would man up. I get mad all the time I see this video. Size don't mean shit, hell I'm the size of the assailant if that matters, I wouldv'e loved to have helped that dude. The guys first punch shows he don't know how to punch anyways..haha.

YouTube - Bad Ass Fighting In The Pizza Parlor

That EXACT SAME THING happened at a McDonalds in FL. The only difference was the dude getting stomped died. It lead to the change of the self defense law to what they now call the dirty harry law, which I like. They removed the "deadly weapon" part of the legal requirement for using deadly force... so now if you "fear serious physical injury or death" you can blast the fucker. The assailent was a huge dude like him... so under the old law even if the man had of defended himself with a weapon he coulda been charged. Fuck that... 300lbs of criminal is a weapon as far as i'm concerned. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

  7. 1) he musta had one weird flat little dick if the vacuums up there are like the ones around here... lol.

    2) He did NOT get 90 days in prision. By definition, no one gets prison time for less than a year. He got 90 days in jail. Not that it matters... but the ignorance of the media irriatates me.

  8. hey so i've been a moderate republican since i could form an educated opinion and the rift between parties is beginning to scare me. when George Washington (reluctantly) agreed to become Americas first pres he urged the american people against a two party system, saying in the end it would only cause civil war, we already came close to becoming two seperate countries once (and not really that long ago considering how young our country is).

another issue i have is the ease at which people come to "hate" a leader without properly looking at the candidate. i may not approve of Obama but as my president he has my soverign loyalty. I was a Bush supporter and served proudly as a pararescueman under his presidency. the ability to satire someone of power is one thing, but the use of satire to aggressivly attack and demine someone defeats the very purpose of satire. this also happened with the greek playwright Aristophanes who was tried on grounds of treason for one of his plays.

anyway i guess what i'm getting to is that the similarities between the falls of almost every great empire in the past (Greece, Rome, Spain, France, even the Aztecs) and our current position in world politics is getting rather scary. if we were to follow Greece or Rome, we'll limp on for another 25-120 years before falling under a tyrannical (socialism is what it looks like for us) rule and falling into a self destructive civil war.

just looking for opinions. i'm in one of those republican "we're so fucked" moods so i apologize if anyone thinks i'm loony .

Nah man. There won't be a civil war. They will definatly have this country disarmed in the next 25-120 years and it takes way bigger balls (or smaller brains) to fight a war with rocks. Balls are anothing thing that is being lost in this country... so i'm of the opinion that it will never happen... but you never know!

  9. I have my permit in a different state since i don't have a job yet here .The cops may not like it but i have heard nothing that a pocket knife is illegal to carry or a baton. It's cool it's only illegal if you get popped by the cops. I don't drink at all so thats one less thing i have to think about .

I've dealt with cops before and they haven't had a problem with my blade. One dude asked me to leave it on the hood while I sat in the back of his cruiser but he gave it back when I got out. No problem at all. Some states have a blade length limit but hell... I don't need more than 3 inches anyway.

  10. thats one reason when i'm out i always carry my pistol along with the knife and a asp so no matter what i can stop a problem with or with out deadly force

Well... when i'm out I usually have a beer to two... no I can't carry that often. As far as I know it's not illegal to carry a blade or a baton though. That will take care of anything less than a gun... and if someone pulls a gun they better fuckin start off shooting me. Inside of 21 feet I still own them.

  11. http://abcnews.go.com/whatwouldyoudo

This show goes to show just how spineless people really are. Two of them I saw really got me. One a guy very obviously slipped a girl on a first date a mickey, and the other one this big black dude was smacking his woman around in a park. The one with the mickey, only 2 people even SAID anything and they did this all day for a couple days. One was a little old lady and the other was a guy. The one with the big dude beating his chick the ONLY person to do SHIT was some little old black lady who was ready to break her foot off in his ass until they came out and settled her down. People are taught these days, to let the cops take care of it. Just call 911... be dependent on someone else for your safety and the safety of those around you. The problem is... when seconds count... cops are minutes away. I would hope if a member of my family were being assaulted, someone would step up and help them and because of this if I see a member of someone else's family being assaulted... i'm gonna fuckin do something about it!

  12. I always surrounded myself around people that aren't like that and would do something about it. I don't think I've ever been too close to someone that is a softy and doesn't feel the way I do about things. Probably why 12oclocker and I talk all the time...lol

Fuckin-A man! I can't stand by and watch bad shit happen. It may get me killed one day... but it's the way I am. I have never seen anything like that dude stomping a kid... but I have stopped drunk guys from beating their girlfriends and whatnot. I couldn't imagine just standing ther watching that dude kill a toddler... I would be so ashamed of myself I couldn't continue life. :( FUCKING PUSSYS!!

  13. Well... we no longer have the duty to retreat but we don't have the right to shoot an intruder that isn't a threat to our lives or safety. The big change that 'Castle' brought to the table was a shift in 'burden of proof.' Before the homeowner had to prove his/her life was in danger. Now that burden is on the prosecution. Doesn't mean you can shoot anybody that walks into your house. Believe me when I say that.

Yep.. you can't shoot anyone who is not directly threatening you with death or serious physical harm.

The part that gets me though,is that, EVEN IF THEY ARE ARMED... if it's found that you in any way caused the altercation, you can still be charged wiht murder. What kinda bullshit is that? So... I tell him he is a bastard for fucking my wife, and he gets a gun because I pissed him off... If I defend myself I can still be charged. What a fucked up system.

You're sound asleep when you hear a thump outside your bedroom door.

Half-awake, and nearly paralyzed with fear, you hear muffled whispers. At

least two people have broken into your house and are moving your way. With

your heart pumping, you reach down beside your bed and pick up your

shotgun. You rack a shell into the chamber, then inch toward the door and

open it. In the darkness, you make out two shadows.

One holds something that looks like a crowbar. When the intruder brandishes

it as if to strike, you raise the shotgun and fire. The blast knocks both

thugs to the floor. One writhes and screams while the second man crawls to

the front door and lurches outside. As you pick up the telephone to call

police, you know you're in trouble.

In your country, most guns were outlawed years before, and the few that are

privately owned are so stringently regulated as to make them useless. Yours

was never registered. Police arrive and inform you that the second burglar

has died. They arrest you for First Degree Murder and Illegal Possession of

a Firearm. When you talk to your attorney, he tells you not to worry:

authorities will probably plea the case down to manslaughter.

"What kind of sentence will I get?" you ask.

"Only ten-to-twelve years," he replies, as if that's nothing. "Behave

yourself, and you'll be out in seven."

The next day, the shooting is the lead story in the local newspaper.

Somehow, you're portrayed as an eccentric vigilante while the two men you

shot are represented as choirboys. Their friends and relatives can't find

an unkind word to say about them. Buried deep down in the article,

authorities acknowledge that both "victims" have been arrested numerous

times. But the next day's headline says it all: "Lovable Rogue Son Didn't

Deserve to Die." The thieves have been transformed from career criminals

into Robin Hood-type pranksters. As the days wear on, the story takes wings.

The national media picks it up, then the international media. The surviving

burglar has become a folk hero.

Your attorney says the thief is preparing to sue you, and he'll probably

win. The media publishes reports that your home has been burglarized several

times in the past and that you've been critical of local police for their

lack of effort in apprehending the suspects. After the last break-in, you

told your neighbor that you would be prepared next time. The District

Attorney uses this to allege that you were lying in wait for the burglars.

A few months later, you go to trial. The charges haven't been reduced, as

your lawyer had so confidently predicted. When you take the stand, your

anger at the injustice of it all works against you. Prosecutors paint a

picture of you as a mean, vengeful man. It doesn't take long for the jury to

    convict you of all charges.

The judge sentences you to life in prison.

    This case really happened.

On August 22, 1999, Tony Martin of Emneth, Norfolk, England, killed one

burglar and wounded a second. In April, 2000, he was convicted and is now

    serving a life term.

How did it become a crime to defend one's own life in the once great

    British Empire ?

It started with the Pistols Act of 1903. This seemingly reasonable law

forbade selling pistols to minors or felons and established that handgun

sales were to be made only to those who had a license. The Firearms Act of

1920 expanded licensing to include not only handguns but all firearms except

    shotguns.

Later laws passed in 1953 and 1967 outlawed the carrying of any weapon by

private citizens and mandated the registration of all shotguns.

Momentum for total handgun confiscation began in earnest after the

Hungerford mass shooting in 1987. Michael Ryan, a mentally disturbed Man

with a Kalashnikov rifle, walked down the streets shooting everyone he saw.

When the smoke cleared, 17 people were dead.

The British public, already de-sensitized by eighty years of "gun control",

demanded even tougher restrictions. (The seizure of all privately owned

handguns was the objective even though Ryan used a rifle.)

Nine years later, at Dunblane, Scotland, Thomas Hamilton used a

semi-automatic weapon to murder 16 children and a teacher at a public

    school.

For many years, the media had portrayed all gun owners as mentally unstable

or worse, criminals. Now the press had a real kook with which to beat up

law-abiding gun owners. Day after day, week after week, the media gave up

all pretense of objectivity and demanded a total ban on all handguns. The

Dunblane Inquiry, a few months later, sealed the fate of the few sidearm

    still owned by private citizens.

During the years in which the British government incrementally took away

most gun rights, the notion that a citizen had the right to armed

self-defense came to be seen as vigilantism. Authorities refused to grant

gun licenses to people who were threatened, claiming that self-defense was

no longer considered a reason to own a gun. Citizens who shot burglars or

robbers or rapists were charged while the real criminals were released.

Indeed, after the Martin shooting, a police spokesman was quoted as saying,

"We cannot have people take the law into their own hands."

All of Martin's neighbors had been robbed numerous times, and several

elderly people were severely injured in beatings by young thugs who had no

fear of the consequences. Martin himself, a collector of antiques, had seen

most of his collection trashed or stolen by burglars.

When the Dunblane Inquiry ended, citizens who owned handguns were given

three months to turn them over to local authorities. Being good British

subjects, most people obeyed the law. The few who didn't were visited by

police and threatened with ten-year prison sentences if they didn't comply.

Police later bragged that they'd taken nearly 200,000 handguns from private

    citizens.

How did the authorities know who had handguns? The guns had been registered

    and licensed. Kinda like cars.

    Sound familiar?

Dude... 1/3 of the way through I was about to comment, "Welcome to England." lol. And then come to find... it was England. It's also illegal to hit an armed burgler with a bat. Scary shit isn't it?

  15. Pulled from another forum regarding this same topic...

1.) There is no such thing as government assistance' date=' it is taxpayer assistance. The government doesn't produce anything, unless you consider restrictions on our rights a product. All government "services" provided are at the taxpayers expense.[/i']

2.) With #1 being a fact, Representatives & Senators and the President are paid by taxpayer dollars. They are the fattest welfare recipients in the world!! They of all people should be drug tested DAILY based on some of the legislation they shove down our throats.

3.) If the government says AIG can't honor the LEGAL contracts with their executives (bonuses) because they are receiving bailouts on the taxpayers dime, then welfare recipients shouldn't be allowed to spend their individual bailouts on ILLEGAL activities like buying drugs.

    Your logic is undisputable. :)

  16. drug tests are a violation of the fourth and fifth amendment... unless they catch you red handed with a bong, why is there cause to believe that you're on drugs?

Any time you have a job, your employer has an absolute right to drug test you at any time and for any reason. This includes random tests of everyone, or tests being required at hiring. If you refuse, it's absolutly grounds for your dismissal. If your employed by the government to sit on your fucking ass all day... it is absolutly justified for them to ask for a piss sample if they so choose. AND... your piss, your blood, your semen etc are not a violation of the 5th ammendment if they "tell on you."
