Wind has gotten "my friend" twice. I had my old Ninja outside under a weather proof cover and that monster wind storm we had last fall blew it over. Then, last week I was riding to school and made a turn into a parking spot right as a huge gust of wind hit me. I didn't dump it... but I came damn close! Eeek.

They also can press a law suit if the party has ONE SSINGLE safety issue shown. That ONE ISSUE can result in a loss in court.

I was all hot and bothered over a Kahr .40 until I rented one at the gun range. Every time I pulled the trigger it droped the mag. I tried switching hands, switching grips, letting someone else try it etc but no matter what I did (or anyone else did) she kept dumping the mag. They are probably great, but it left a bad taste in my mouth considering I have put thousands of rounds through my glocks without changing a part. After this experience, I decided to go for a glock 27 to carry. Any stick is better than no stick in a fight though. I'm all for more armed citizens.

Yes and no. Elected officials are generally pretty ignorant about life outside their tiny bubble of privilege, but these people are not dumb. They know exactly how to keep millions of people properly convinced they are doing a great job! They are geniuses of deciet and misdirection.

It doesnt matter if he is trying to do this as a business or just try and pass along some track skills to new street riders. The first time someone gets hurt while trying to follow him on the street, he will be doomed. Someone will press charges saying that he is teaching people how to be reckless on the street and endangering peoples lives. No matter if his intentions are good, any judge/jury will agree that teaching track skills in a street environment is an endangerment to all those involved or bystanders. DO NOT TRY AND TEACH TRACK SKILLS ON THE STREET. YOU WILL BE FOUND AT FAULT FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS.
