check out the carb...i had one that wouldnt idle right and the RPMs were bouncing...had a bad float in the carb somewhere to start atleast and i thought decompression levers were a 4 stroke thing? i didnt know 2 strokes had them i just slapped some hotcams into my 4 stroke....got rid of the decompression lever bs and gave it a little more kick

i dont think anybody is going to teach you how to wheelie on their bike....

wouldnt pay more than 3k out the door on that thing....if it was repaired already and in top condition, with the salvage title, their price would be closer to alright...but still a hair too high...3500 otd would be more reasonable.....either way...thats way too much to spend on that bike, you can get a lot more for your money...or save up another grand and get a much nicer one
