  1. I started riding on cruisers and have owned several of them. I'm thinking about buying one mostly for rising 2 up. I'm going to stay under $5k I like the looks of the "muscle" cruisers like the Kawasaki Mean Streak or Yamaha Warrior, even the VRSCR Street Rod. Any ideas?
  2. I've come to the conclusion that weight has little impact on grip and corner speed. Weight does affect some things like acceleration due to the lower hp/weight ratio. Extra weight CAN also how change quickly you transition from left to right and right to left, but it's not the only factor. I can ride my 590lb VFR at basically the same pace I rode my 425lb CBR. Ultimately, I was a bit quicker on the CBR, but not by much...that probably has more to do with the amazing front end of the CBR rather than the weight difference.
  3. Any of the bikes mentioned will seem like a nimble rocket ship compared to cruisers.
  4. The only new bike that has me interested is the new FZ10. Cross plane R1 motor and electronic cruise control.
  5. Only as a leftover with big discounts. The press murdered it because it's hard to categorize. It's biggest flaw was the $16k msrp. Got mine with bags for $7k (slightly used). Not 1 regret. The big v4 is stupid good. It was perfect for the gap trip.
  6. The Vfr1200 is more of a sport bike than the FJR or concourse. It has a slipper clutch, excellent stock suspension, amazing abs (no pulsing), and a fantastic V4. The N1K is a great choice also.
  7. Not just saying it because I have one...but the VFR1200 is very tough to beat if you need ride distance to get to the twisties and want to go fast once you get there. There really aren't any other bikes I would rather own right now. I personally don't think the VFR800 is as capable (I haven't ridden the Gen 8 though).
  8. I know a young single mom that is trying to get re-established. Her car just gave up and she is needing something soon. Anyone know of a good reliable used car around $5k. A small SUV would be ideal, but anything good will do.
  9. Maybe it's funny that he's riding crossed up. Needs to get his head on the other side.

Best fans in sports. Population of Cleveland proper is about 400k. If you include the surrounding counties for the whole Metro area, then about 2 million.

Best fans on earth. When he was not loyal to the city, the fans were not loyal to him. When be came back with an explanation and a mission fans became loyal again. And he just delivered.
  15. I've tried all of them. IMO these are the best and 'cleanest' ones (Wal Mart carries them) http://www.bumblebee.com/products/tuna/bumble-bee-spicy-thai-chili-seasoned-tuna-pouch/
  16. Those are responsible for a lot of the weight I lost

Sure, maybe if you're from Canada. Go ahead and check out the TV ratings for the Stanley Cup Final...then check them for the NBA Finals, 'nuff said.

That was great! I've closely followed the Cavs since the Price/Daugherty/Harper teams from the 80s & 90s. They beat the best regular season team of all time on the road in a game 7. It had to be that way to break the drought.
