I knew it was going, just didn't know when. First it did the typical kickback sound when the engine was cut, only every now and then. Then, then kickback became a regular thing. Next, it would occasionally not turn over. The starter would engage, sound like it was bound and you'd have to release the start button because the starter wouldn't spin. And finally, the starter just did that constantly. It made it 8535 miles this summer since I bought it before failure. IP, if you see this, how are your prices on Ducati parts?

For a while. I think the starter sprag has bound up. This is gonna get costly.

Eh, still not better than pitbike.

Most of my helmets have always been ok with wind, lift, etc. A helmet that has a rear spoiler will assist with lift. My Shoei TZ-R doesn't really have a spoiler and I noticed it lifted a little more. The TZ-R was very quiet though, which is a huge thing for me. Iron Pony is perfect for trying helmets on. That's what sold me on my Shoei, I tried one on and it fit perfectly. It was game over after I slipped it on, I had to have one. lol One thing though, if you look at any Shoeis, they fog relentlessly. Just a bad part of the design.

The best road I've found so far in Michigan is about about as tame as our Dayton ride. Not worth the trouble. But, if you're into beautiful scenery then the west and northwest sides of the state are absolutely beautiful in the fall.

Flint, if you'll be near there hit me up. Not many good roads to ride but yeah. Definitely, more than one sport twin on a ride is orgasmic.

It's come time for me to head back up to school for yet another term in Michigan. I've only got about 2 more weeks of riding up there. Not to worry though my Internet personality will still be around and, by next June, I'll be back in town and the 'priller will be tearing up the streets yet again. It's been a great riding season around here and I've made quite a few new friends. Thanks guys! See ya on the road next year! Don
