Nah, I think I'm gonna stick with Held. Did you say the Alpine*s are xl? Those are big compared to the Helds. I highly suggest measuring your hand as specified for the Held Gloves. 7 is the smallest size they make in this glove. http://www.heldusa.com/sizing.html
15 hp and a steel frame?! God I hope not! Lol! While I wouldn't ride one around on the highway or something, low cost 125s make great beginner track bikes and are usually cheaper to maintain than their bigger brotheren. Also, that low of a hp rating forces you to focus on corner speed rather than relying on the oomph of the motor to make you fast. More power to anyone who brings a legal 125 into the states, although I wish this was a 2-smoker, it would probably make more power and be more fun. Damn US emissions laws.
I've got a set of Held Thrux for sale. Bought them from STG and I thought they fit fine, but after using them on the bike they are too tight for me. Made of calf-skin with carbon fiber knuckle and kangaroo-skin palms. Flat stitching and double velcro straps make them really comfortable and keep them on. They are lined with a woven microfiber material. They were used for maybe 4 or 5 rides, no rain, still aren't worn in. They are size 7 and black in color. I love these gloves and will be buying a larger set of the same glove when these sell. Here's the manufacturers page with sizing chart. http://www.heldusa.com/thrux.html I'm asking $90 + shipping if not local.
Ladies, back on topic. Lol Could the people on the list at the top confirm if they're in or not please. Also, kawi kid and 1000rrrider, are you guys up to leading a group. I'd lead, but as said before, I'm lost as soon as I leave 541. Lol
Here's a nice little article about 65 vs. 70. You ZX guys sure are picky. http://www.zxforums.com/forums/mechanical-technical/17051-120-70-front-06-636-a.html
Lol, who repped me with this is response to me saying Monday it is? Any Coshocton guys... 09-02-2009 03:19 PM "No, it's not! Who's leading then?" Well good question, who's leading? Huh? Does the person who repped me know?
Good, I hope Aprilia drops them too. Hinds doesn't deserve either brand. The one time I was in there the customer service was garbage, I was lied to on a part quote, and the sales people wouldn't even look at me as I checked out a few bikes.
