    Negative. I think not wearing a helmet is stupid but it is not the government's responsibility or right to interfere with my choice. Me not wearing a helmet has no impact on you wearing one, or not. I do not need a law to tell me that hitting the ground at 65mph with a helmet gives me a better chance of surviving than had I not been wearing one.

    You get used to it while getting in and out of cars. I used to hit it but not anymore. As far as drawing, it's very natural and very quick. The cant is adjustable to what you like too.

    Went to the Field of Heroes last night. I went last year but heard that it was really neat at night, and I must say it was. Quite moving with the flags lit up and the relative quiet, save for the traffic nearby. If you haven't gone at all, you need to. If you've gone during the day, check it out at night.
