  7. Yeah, I have carried in restaurants that serve alcohol in WV, legally, even though I can't carry in restaurants here. WV honors my OH permit. He said if it passes, he WILL sign it. Just didn't give a time frame.
  8. Yeah we tried to order them while I was in Iraq, and my supply NCO and I were really cool, he just couldn't get em. Instead we got stupid gerber folders, Don't remember the model. I hated the over molded rubber handle on it. Forgot about "collectors". I'm pretty sure you can carry autos in Ohio. I really would like to fondle yours when I see you. Yeah I have seen them at shows before, I just can't justify the cost at this point. Sweet link. Thanks, I'll check it out more later. I like that a lot. Awesome.
  9. I figured this was better placed in the firearms section. I want to know what you carry, what you have and what you want. I'll start. I used to carry this but has seen a lot of abuse in Iraq and the army. The blade needs some serious work. CRKT M16 Bought this in Iraq as well. Gerber Guardian Back-up. Carried one of these in Iraq, now it is just a backup knife at the house and camping knife. KA-BAR. This I always wore while I was in the army, now it serves more as a camping tool or when I think I may need a multi-tool while I am out and about. Leatherman Wave. I really want to pick one of these up. Benchmade 3550SBK Auto opener. For sale (from stores/dealers) to military and law enforcement. Heavy duty and high quality.

  11. Yeah, if you scare them with the first gun they shoot, they wont ever want to shoot again.
  12. I'm not telling you about parenting, but my daughter is 3 years old. She already knows not to touch my guns or ammo. As soon as I feel she is trustworthy and mature enough she will begin shooting under my supervision. She is usually with us when we shoot so she sees the damage and hears the noises. A child familiar with firearms wont be curious with them and possibly do something dumb. anyways, I'd recommend a friend with land and guns. Then you guys can shoot at your own pace and not the ranges. You can take your time with the training. But that might not be an option for you. I don't ever go to ranges so I don't know of any to tell you. my .02.
