If you have sinus issues, post nasal drip, etc, use a neti pot. That shit works. Clears my sinuses up so I don't hack or cough, even my wife says it makes a huge difference for me.

Thanks gang! Mom is getting the hang of feeding her and we are both starting our sleep deprivation training. Found out she has slight hip dysplasia which will be looked at next week. Probably end up with a brace on her right leg for a few weeks but who knows. Other than that, it's all going well and the hospital food isn't all that bad actually.

Please welcome Emmeline Dare! She was born at 6:26pm last night. 8lbs 10oz, 19.5" long. Dare is my wife's grandma's middle game, Virginia Dare (remember your history class?) She and mom are doing wonderful although mom is sore from the c-section. She scored a 9,9 on her APGAR. Damn, she's a cutie but I'm biased.

And introducing her to the classics.
