The price has came down a little plus the federal government is still giving tax breaks on a geo. Last time I sold one it was 21k but she got I wanna say 30% back from tax rebates. I would always recommend a geo if you have the space and cash for it.
Cool. Thanks man.

Keep thread jacking Chevy. I knew less than zero about this.
lol. I'm building a mental list in my head on stuff for my house someday. Geothermal is something I have really thought about just haven't researched. I'm also interested in the instant water heaters, can't remember what they are called. Instead of heating the water all day, it only heats what you need/use.

Been doing hvac for sometime for the system mentioned you looking around 8-10k but should come with a 10 year part and labor warranty lifetime warranty on heat exchanger and 10 year on compressor. You want the most efficiency look into geothermal, but your looking at 20k
Speaking of geothermal, and you being in the profession I see, have you noticed pricing on this coming down and do you recommend it? I understand it's more $$ up front but pays off in the long run. I just haven't done the math on this though.
This is kind of a thread jack but not really.

Should have yelled at the end of the interview "I WANT PENI!!!"

I'm gonna pay attention to this thread for future reference when I can build my home.

That'd be perfect. I just cannot justify $480 in the foreseeable for lens I only use as a hobby. I'll definitely keep that one in mind though. Thanks.
Funny picture thread.
