Big storm rolled through Cleveland yesterday. Turns out there was a tornado 2.2 miles from my house. That was a tad close.

North shore oh Lake Huron was beautiful. Back in the lower peninsula in Michigan. Quick dinner at a diner. Then an hour to the hotel. Deb really hates the Mackinaw Bridge. The wind and how high it is freaks her out.

We are in Sudbury Ontario for the night. Very nice ride up here. The scenery around Georgian Bay is epic. Tomorrow Sault St Marie and a second chance at a Beaver Tail.

She is all better today. So far found a casino and a friendly bear.

Bowmanville Ontario tonight. Damn Beaver Tail place was closed. We got one more shot at one on Thursday. And holy crap did it rain. It would appear that Canadian niceness overwhelmed the Dome of Hate. Deb melted down today. Not something she usually does on trips but the rain, a long day, lack of food and the front desk refusing to give her Canadian quarters for American dollars so she could dry her riding pants was too much.

Richard is gone. He has not owned Cafe Rel for some time. New owners are opening a second location in Henderson. I won't forget the last thing he said to me. "You are so full of shit your eyes are brown." He was a very cool dude.

Debbie is all slots. I am about the dice. If they don't have craps tables I will drop a 20 into a slot machine to kill some time but that is about all I can handle of the slots.

I swear they are repaving the entire state of Vermont at once. Two detours, one really short and one really long. The long one was an amazing road. Staying in St Alban tonight. Tomorrow we cross over into fake France.

Kancamagus Highway Rt 112. Very Cherahola Skyway like without any traffic. Very epic.
