Low carb doesn't keep water weight off. It will keep glycogen stores lower. Which are built back up after a high carb meal.

Last time I calculated my mpg it was 24.5 on a long freeway trip. Not bad for a 7000lb truck.

Just threw away a bunch of parts. Too bad this wasn't posted earlier.

For what it's worth the 1/4 Flores suggested its worthless. I work with heavy steel daily. My 300 win mag was denting and damaging 2" cold rolled steel. 1/4" would probably only stop lower powered handguns.
