Can bowdog throw it on his cnc router? That would be the best scenario. Then lacquer the piece with a good lacquer not a "lacquer blend"

Last cbr was serviced years ago at hinderer. They lost bolts that hold the fairing. Also had an oil change done since it was there, specifically told them synthetic oil and regular honda oil was used. I won't take another bike there.

Fontana is close, cheap, and big enough for the whole group. If we can get another group to join to book more cabins and bring price lower I would be fine with that. +1 it would be better to have a block of cabins rather than scattered.

Steel or aluminum trailer? Chinese built? How did it break a weld? Over loaded of poor build quality? If the trailer is going to be stressed and overloaded we will need to improve it so it won't break again.

Don't know when ill be out that way again Shawn. You could meet me in pickerington sometime again. Welding some parts for a drag banshee this coming week. Struts (chromoly) for front suspension, seat pan (aluminum), wheelie bar (chromoly), adding tabs to an aftermarket swingarm for the wheelie bar, and more.

Picture order: 1 & 2 upon delivery 3 sanded 4 stained 5 first thinning of stain 6 & 7 second thinning of stain and 6 coats of gloss poly. Oil based stain and oil based top coat.

Anyone do woodworking as a hobby? Lately I've just done refinishing projects, tables, end tables, and cedar chests. \/ water based stain with gloss poly. Sorry don't have before pictures of this one.

Thanks guys. Making a fire ring next week. Got my sheet metal. Just needs welded together then rolled. Pics to follow this coming week.
