i bet youre glad of that. i was glad when i sold my 03 max. the thing handled like pushing a wheel-barrel full of wet cement. and it leaked oil. oh well, shit happens. turned me againist yamaha forever.

we did that ride early april 2010. 616mi. round trip over 3days. we rode Rt.60 from charleston. stayed at motel in fayetteville. we also plan to return this year.

i use mostly shell because its good fuel. i also like marathon because i think it gives me better mpg.

IMHO, the asheville bikefest will soon be the premier bike rally in the area. now that the honda hoot and myrtle beach rally are defunct. asheville already is the best base of operation on the entire BRP..
