  1. hey, i'm 5'2. are your feet flat on the ground on that bike?
  2. I'm a medium up top & picked up a nice leather Icon over in the clearance section for $100 at iron pony, our home away from home.... but, honestly alpinestars' leather is far better imo. i tried to fit my ass in an size 8 leather pants... r i g h t. But i figure this, once i am fully endorsed and get thru training, then i might treat myself.
  3. \hey there! do you ride your bike to work? at the least the traffic here is more or less reasonable. i remember sitting miserably on fwys stopped in six lanes.... and there go the motorcycles sliding by in between. im pretty sure i learned on the permit test they dont allow it here ohio but do you ever see it?
  4. wow, love the black and white. what got you into riding?

  5. well their feelings shouldnt be that hurt.... at the end of the day, that person is still on a cbr. im a newbie learning on a virago 250.
  6. thanks for bein' my friend!

  7. i get it. this is for the paris hilton crowd. but just don't crash in front of the papparazi next to kim stewart
  8. hey dont get me wrong, i'm not above buying a fake louis -- if im shopping in the garment district in LA. i think the font graphics do look good thou on the sides. i like that.
  9. yeah, louis vuitton. im pretty sure its oem..... i was in there looking at the dealer going "who is buying this?" its like a myspace option to customize your profile, and choosing from the fashion and style drop down...
  10. i was at the dealer and honda has a cream white cbr with some fake louis graphics on the tank.
  11. she is precious... i love new babies! congratulations
  12. is this an attractive purchase option for the male sector? its pretty yeah. but i see that bike and see the hand bag i carry on my arm.
  13. hi there. im new too. welcome to the board!
  14. i think the stuntlife logo/graphic is hot. but i havent been here long enough to understand the what yut arghhh is. explain please! ...and what is the connection? my background touches this graphic arts industry and i love to point out talent i when i see it. love it!
  15. ur darling sweetheart! nice pic!
  16. beautiful! well done! my favorite reply! reconrat -- imagine the action truck drivers see!!
  17. that would require her to stand up for the actual rear view ..so to speak
  18. thanks. i feel so much better! i was in peru some years ago and traveled by bus to the top of the andes...which was recommended bc of the drastic elevation climb.... to say that taking a bus versus taking the plane was an improvement was total bs... i was so sick.. borderline delirium. seriously -- if i had died, at least it would have put me out of my misery. So, i noticed there really arent any signs posting elevation around there. does anyone know what they are down in that region?
  19. im pretty much riding with my husband at this point. and i listen to him too bc, he too is cautious but has that spark in him too. He'll only push me if he thinks i can do it. he thinks i can do things even when im on the fence and pretty much he's been right. at the same time, he'll tell me where i can improve. Right now, we favor the roads in hocking hills area, but i just can't do marysville to nelsonville and back in one day yet from Marysville. too much to follow behind... me on a virago 250, him on the superhawk. dificult to say the least, frustrating for sure, no mater who is on what bike, bc now we can switch back and forth!
  20. we like happyhillscampground.com they have tent campsites, cabins and pull thru sites, a swimming pool, and its close to hocking hills area site seeing.

    Finally!

hi there! nice bike! i pulled my wind screen off after the first ride. i couldnt see well and found myself reaching over it to see better. i ride with a full helmet and im good. it didnt offer me any relief from the wind either, but mine is a small 250. - kimberly
  23. thank you for the welcome! one of the things i keep reminding myself is that im still awaiting my training class up at the honda facility. thats not till the end of august. i have a good deal of practice to be able to go out on the roads, but here i am already knowing i want to upgrade my bike and i havent even went through the class yet. one of my concerns is -- like you -- i really don't want to be that person who holds up the group. id be that "one to forgive" cause my virago has the bags too! actually they come in handy. at first i wanted to take off the sissy bar and bags but i decided to keep'em. a year later, its all good, eh?
