That's awesome! I suspect he didn't shoo her away was because he either knew the cat or didn't expect her to do that... most stray cats won't do that... hell most domesticated cats won't do that. Also small tip for those that want nothing to do with cats, don't ignore them, stare them in the eyes... cat's view eye contact as a sign of agression with people they don't know.

Ok, have used GV a bit and I've found some things incredibly helpful. 1.) Call screening: I never realized how great this was, with an unknown number I let it go to voicemail and can listen in on the message and answer at anytime 2.) Using GV to manage my cell phone voicemail: Very nice having all calls on one voicemail, and I hate listening to calls, so that'll bring me to... 3.) Voicemail transcription: pretty nifty, it's not perfect but it's getting pretty close most of the time My main issue... When forwarding my voicemail from cell phone it was ringing my home phone... I THINK I fixed this by going into settings and selection on forward go directly to voicemail... but we'll see. So far so good, if you have an invite I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Ok, I reread... this thread title is HIGHLY misleading. "ATK Motorcycles has partnered with S&T Motors, the South Korean maker of Hyosung vehicles. The partnership eventually will produce a small-displacement ATK streetbike to be sold through Harley-Davidson dealers, ATK announced earlier this week at EICMA. These American-Utah-assembled motorcycles will be targeted to be sold through a select group of Harley-Davidson dealers who are looking for a quality smaller-displacement motorcycle to be sold under the U.S. ATK brand name." All it says is, ATK and Hyosung are partnering to make a bike they can sell through HD dealers, it never says HD has agreed to this or their is ANY contract with HD.... TL;dr, ATK and Hyosung want to sell a bike in HD dealerships.

For the most part HD is pretty strict about being able to use their name, from my understanding you have to follow a very strict contract to maintain your dealership and to sell new HDs.... I THOUGHT part of that contract was you couldn't sell any "competing" bikes... so for example, a HD dealer could sell HD and Honda, but only if they didn't sell any Honday cruisers... but I could very well be wrong on this. Anyway, unless this is an official HD deal whatever dealers that did this will likely lose their HD license. Just my opinion though.

Well to be fair, HD isn't planning on making Hyosungs, only sell them in their dealerships. Compared to Buell where they had a significant stake in the company, this seems like relatively no cost other than floor space.

Except that they are setting precedence. Precedence applied to state statutes will spread. All JoeTown, Ohio needs to do is create an ordnance saying "No firearms within the city" and they can enforce it now citing Cleveland v Ohio 2009 and UNTIL/IF it's overwritten at the Supreme Court level it IS enforceable. I'm simply saying if you spread it out, there's a chance we (Ohio residents) can prevent these appeals cases from even getting settled this way.

I agree with you for the most part... my issue is the appeals judges in District 8 have noone to answer to BUT district 8 voters... while yes, this SHOULD be won on appeal, what about everything that happens in the mean time.
