Dude nuh uh... everyone turns their alarm on the MOMENT they enter their house even in the middle of the day. And ALL bad guys are afraid of loud sirens, so that scares them off. Lastly, don't you feel safer with someone knowing your constant alarm status and when there's an issue they call you... I mean seriously, hearing someone say "are you ok" makes me feel safe </sarcasm>

Just be careful with multivitamins. A lot of people double up on them when they get sick but the issue is that they contain a lot of fat soluble ingredients so it can make you very sick. When flu season rolls around I usually grab some Vitamin C and just take 3-5 times the amount every day. The great thing about water soluble vitamins like VitC is that your body will use what it needs then the rest goes out the normal way water leaves your body

I CAN tell you about 8 people at work last week were sick... we had an offsite so EVERYONE in our department (50+ people) were all in 1 room for 6 hours... But seriously, if you work in an office, that = getting sick easily.

Apple juice or orange juice? Get some vitamin c pills too if you can. Since Vitamin C is water soluble it's non-toxic so you could essentially take as much as you wanted with little to no risk of overdose, compared to something like vitamin A (I'm not a doctor)
