Sheeeet, Cogent is supposed to be the best connectivity! For people's reference, managed server is ~150 a month, so even finding 10 other people puts this as a better price.... Like I said, if I didn't have the need for shitty shared web hosting I'd be all over this.

Not at all, it's the "I'm uneducated on the candidates so I believe only Obama and McCain are the options" that keep it a 2 party system. That and people who staunchly classify them as a "republican", "democrat", "liberal", "conservative", "green" etc.... You must be willing to evaluate each candidate on their own merits, and they need equal representation in the media... but that requires money. redkow you may be the most qualified person to be president, and 100% of the population may agree 100% with your beliefs, but A) you'll never get on the ballet and B) noone else will know about you UNLESS you attach yourself to a large large large group, or are a billionaire, in which case, can I borrow some money?

I agree that those principles don't work, but tax rebates and tax cuts are both examples of "pump-priming" and that's not new to the USA. When So-And-So raised taxes on the middle class people screamed about unfair and we should tax the rich more! When NewSo-and-So says to tax the wealthy people scream that it's unfair and it punishes capitalism.
