I was reading elsewhere tonight that magazine sales have been up significantly in the past few days due to talk of banning any that hold more than 10 rounds. Rep Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) (...double "duh" there) that plans to introduce a bill to do just that, ban sales of 11+ round magazines, next week. I would posit that 8mm is thinking of a sale in honor of her, not Gabrielle Giffords. @8mm: do you have a storefront, or are you operating from your home?

Sounds to me like they need their name dragged through the mud: - 3 different employees lied to you about multiple facets of the rifle - you had to argue to get your money refunded even after pointing out the "discrepancies", i.e. lies. - the manager wouldn't speak to you No retail business should out and out blatantly lie to a customer, and any that does needs to be outed. I know I wouldn't want to do business with a store that did that. But it's your call, I suppose.

Have you ordered from them before and this is an aberration, or first time/last time? My rant: OpticSale via Amazon. Ordered a double speedloader case New Year's Eve, still hasn't arrived. All of the other items I ordered that day (except 1 which is coming from overseas) arrived last week, in other words 5 business days or less. Anything shipped from Amazon arrived Monday - gotta love Amazon Prime!

If your Pop splurged on the IBM PC, you had A:\ <AND> B:\, so you could load IBM DOS 1.0 (1.1?) in A:\ and didn't have to remove the disk to put in your Visicalc disk. Imagine, an OS that loaded in 640K of RAM. Oh, and programs that loaded from 360K disks. You didn't install programs to the hard drive back then, as there were no commercially available hard drives for home users. Yup, I is old.
