CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio - Two teenagers who allegedly covered a stop sign with white cellophane will face charges in connection with a fatal crash at the intersection, deputies said on Thursday.

 

Seth R. Stonerock, 19, and Derek W. Greenlee, 18, will be charged with involuntary manslaughter and tampering with a traffic control device, 10TV's Tanisha Mallett reported.

 

Stonerock turned himself into authorities on Wednesday and was being held on a $25,000 bond, the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office said.

 

Greenlee, meanwhile, was expected to turn himself in on Thursday, deputies said.

 

Charges against the pair of teenagers stemmed from an Aug. 17 crash at the corner of state Route 56 and Huber-Hitler Road.

 

According to investigators, a car passed into the intersection without stopping and was struck by an SUV pulling a boat. A passenger in the car, Mary Spangler, 85, was killed.

 

The car's driver, Jeanne Shea, 80, remained hospitalized in critical condition on Thursday.

HOAs somehow can prevent you from parking stuff on your driveways, even though you are the prez....but they cannot give you any kind of shit for parking on public property (streets) your trailer or car or anything else if properly registered.

If it really was the case that your car was there for too long, then yes the cops can tow it away on public property.

a buddy of mine in Westerville had his stupid neighbor call cops on him and HOA for parking is trailer on the street....when the cops showed up (because they were bored) they laughed with him when they told him that legally, no HOA or they could do anything about the trailer on the street as long as it is moved every so often. They told him that lady had no standing at all for complaining. Since then, the lady has not called the cops on him for the trailer

This is one of 1678 E34 M5s sold in North America, less than 12250 worldwide. It is among the last of the hand-built BMWs. Not a common car at all. I absolutely love this car, it's a great DD with awesome handling that is great to cruise on the highway or rip around town with. I really don't want to sell it, but I could use the capital. So here's the run-down on the car.

 

Miles: 219,000 (don't let this discourage you though, it's a strong car)

 

Mods:

 

• E38 M Parallel wheels $1000
  
• Recaro EVO 9 seats with custom mounting brackets $1200
  
• Euro Smiley Headlights $350
  

Good:

 

• Strong S38, very healthy motor with good leakdown and compression
  
• New clutch at 200k miles
  
• Valve Adjustments every 15k miles, last one at ~210k
  
• Spare parts included with the car
  

 

Just did a ton of work on it:

 

• New Brakes (pads, rotors, sensors) $500
  
• New Master Cylinder $400
  
• New Window Regulator $150
  
• New Window Switch $30
  
• New Black floor mats (brand new, uninstalled, come with the car though) $100
  
• New Battery $60
  
• Black Carpet $100
  
• Door Seals $200
  
• New E-Brake and Shifter boots with M-stitching
  
• New engine mounts $100
  

 

Bad:

 

• Needs some very minor body work to be 100% again, but nothing out of the normal for a 20 year old, 200k+ miles car.
  
• Needs fog lights (I'll do that before I sell it)
  
• Engine bay needs TLC
  
• Needs new windshield (I'll take care of this before the sale if you buy it)
  
• Front end has a weird clunk over certain bumps (I will have this looked at and possibly addressed if you want as I have a pretty good idea of what it is).
  
• OBC needs new bulbs, but functions flawlessly otherwise
  
• Needs a head-unit.
  
• Needs a few trim small pieces here and there
