Why a 250?

Seems to be a good all around commuter/kart track toy. I'm not looking to race, just have fun. The maintenance intervals are fantastic on them, as the longevity appears to be as well. I also like the fuel injection, and the fact that it has a 6th gear. I am open to other suggestions, but thats what my main search is for. 

Anyone have one of these they would like to part with?

Needing super motard in my life is a terrible crisis.

No Novice on a Twilight.

Twilights are just for experienced Intermediate and Advanced.

This is because they both are allowed out at the same time.

But you can come on Monday.

No intentions of being there for twilight. I'm coming Monday.

All I know is that I'll be holding down the tail end of novice!

The Magura master cylinder is being moved to the sv, but will still have the braided lines, with stock master.

As long as I can tag it for street use I'm all ears. Trailering to the track is no problem at all.

Well I passed on the current drz I was looking at. I really wanna get some kart track action one of these days! G&j kartway is only 45 minutes from my house!

That's about all I'm seeing on the sumo forums as well. Many have top end rebuilds by 20k. Hence my hesitation with my current situation and not knowing any back history on the bike.

sounds like he bit it real hard if he's not getting out till Thursday what bike was he riding I seen a sv setting along the dragon sunday at 8:30am when I was riding home turned around to see what was going on & all I could see was the sv & no gear or anybody in sight

That sv was sitting there about 830 Saturday night as well, when I came through.

Thanks for the update Rollin. That was one of the craziest things I've ever seen. I'm glad he's making steps in the right direction. 

Is 16,500 miles to many on a stock engine ?

Um yea, same here. We waved going by and you waved back so thought you were just all bullshitting. I had my medic bag in the truck and would've gladly helped and started the largest IV you've ever seen

I never came and bullshitted sumos with you. I waved as you guys were loading up and I was too tired to even stop at that point. :-/

Want to give props to Granda & Dime, our boy Jeff crashed out about 5 miles from Fontana. Andy gave up his trailer spot to bring Jeff's bike home. He at the hospital getting probed and x rayed, more later.
