You're supposed to be on my side. Midgets are lovable people. I know I can't make Saturday because that's the CRP race. Still waiting for and answer on anything I can do Sunday since I've not been to an event yet. If can't ride may still try and round up Bowman and come out to spectate, ridicule and hit on your womenz

Sunday is race only correct? Ive got the OMRL race Saturday so I cant make that day, any open track time or time for the race school requirements on Sunday to get my stuff set for next season?

You just better come to a Mid-Ohio event.  I need someone to provide as an example of passing too closely and why it is bad to peel off stickers at speed.

I clocked out of medical the Monday after Vintage and rode the Sumo, the one day you decide not to come. 

Im gonna try for the 8th or 22nd, likely the 22nd. I picked up Drews GSXR and have yet to ride it. Would like to ride it at least once before winter

oh ok, I assumed Mid O since you told Rusty to come by. Im used to him always CR at Mid O. 

99.5 had diff down pipe, air box, ect. Minor stuff that can be had at at junk yard if really wanted. Also the things that are usually replaced with aftermarket anyway so no big deal.

but I reject the notion that any org can prevent riders from being asshats.  If they were observing that and not addressing it, then that is absolutely a problem, but no organization can alter the way a person is riding unless the offending rider wants to modify his habits.

 

 

Absolutely can, act an Asshat one time at Mid O and I can name several CR that will show you to the gate. Two just posted, Brian and Rusty will both have you escorted out. Doesnt even have to be a CR, if Medical or Corner Workers see something we report it to Brian, Mike or Todd and it gets addressed too. Asshats do not last more than a session there.

 

This is when you help them pack up and tell them to have a nice day.

as for 'getting frustrated and breaking passing rules,' that logic never made sense to me.  If I'm turning 1:10's in Novice, there is no way I should have any problems passing someone circulating at a 1:14 pace, and doing it legally, while we're both still straight up and down.

Wrong. You on a 600, other guy on 1000. Blows you away on every straight and brakes hard for turns. You're not gonna pass him within the rules in Novice. See it all the time. I have the same issue with my sumo at Mid O. I can't run anyone down in the straights, I have to pass in turns and almost always on the inside. Difference is though, I do it clean and with room or I don't do it.

 

 

The corner workers were absolute shit, too. That's on the racetrack, though. They don't belong to N2. 

We had an OMRL weekend on the Kart track at PIRC too, same shit, their corner workers were fucking awful. The club pretty much agreed if we go back we'll have a training session with them or use our own corner workers. It was that bad.

Wasn't there. Distance always hard to tell from video. Only 2 people know what really happened. But yea, outside looking in, really bad move from the CR. Looks like too close and on inside, that is I not A.
