Yea, there are no long rides in Ohio, but fine for goofing off for a couple hours. And the tons of novice skiers is always great for laughs. I've actually never had a terrible time at any of the ski places in OH.
+1. If you don't have DRL on your car and your not complying, a cop can tell from any angle and practically any distance if he can take your money. That's easier than shooting radar on a speeder and brings in about the same money. Plus, DRL aren't headlights.
A new law's about to come into effect stating that if you're using your windshield wipers, you need to have your headlights on. If not, the fine is $100. No worries, you can still text and drive.
Your hands won't feel clammy. Get the liners at IP. They all advertise them as real hand heaters but, by themselves, they don't do anything. You get the surgicals over them and they're totally wind-proof and keep heat in. Got nuthin' to lose for $10.
I keep tellin' guys, try silk liners under surgical gloves. Your hands will be warm as hell and your gloves won't be soaked when you get home. Add a heat pack on the back of your hand and you're good all day.
Did the 'hour each' routine. One cager at a light asked me if I was frozen. Not with Gore-Tex and Heat-Troller. Great day, low traffic. Ohio Motorcycles in Hilliard was open 'til 3, stopped in and ordered a spare key.
