Definitely do some Eagles. Not the mainstream stuff. I'm thinking 'Seven Bridges Road', and 'James dean'. It's great to do songs that people know but haven't heard. Also, hit some songs off 'Jar of Flies' from Alice in Chains.

Yea, when I was a kid I liked this Winchester that had sort of a clear finish on it and I sanded off the finish and used a resin on it. It looked terrible. About a few years ago, I went back to it and set out to fix the mistake. Did a pro stripping job and sanded it all the way to 600, then just used a quality stain finished with a wipe-on poly and it looks better than it did new. They didn't put the best finishes on them and they didn't prep them enough. We can do better than that.

Why would you put your bike up in Ohio?! There's tons of great days all through December. January you can get a few rides in and February you can get a few in. March I rode 10 days through-out the month and it was a cold bad winter. These were 56° to 62° days. That's just March. You're going to get a bunch of great days to ride ahead so I would leave the battery in and Tender® it.

One thing you'll want to consider is the viewfinder. Or, how you get to frame up your shots. Our cameras have lost their viewfinders! Their all gone, replaced with LCD screens and LCD eye finders. Everybody holds their camera out in front of them and tries to line up a shot. Trouble is, its always washed out and everything is so small extended from your eye like that. If you want to get better photographs, you have to compose better pictures. A DSLR has a real live 'Through The Lens" viewfinder. When you look in there it's like looking at your image on a wall sized plasma screen. You're actually looking through the taking lens to compose the shot.

I think you have to have a thick skin to ride a bike. Next time someone does something stupid and about scares the shit out of you, react to save yourself and forget it. The more pissed you get, the more your chances of doing something stupid to 'get back at them'. After all, does anyone even remember the whole thing the next day? No. In fact, within about three hours it's gone. Don't ever sit on anyones flank for more than a second. Squirt ahead or fall back.
