I make them also. i used to make more than I do now, but still do occasionally. I have a few orders for slings I need to get done.

We had great service last night. Chevy and his wife were there and a few of the guys I ride with. A new manager came out and talked to me about the issues we have had over the last few weeks. He apologized and asked if we would consider giving him a chance. I told him we had quite a few members very upset about the service, but I would post and we can see what happens. I will be there again next week. If everything goes well I will continue to go.

I am heading down there tonight Gen3. I am sure Mark will be there as well as a few others.

I was fishing at a private pond that had great cats and lrg and sm mouth it, but told last weekend they didn't want anymore people fishing there. Its a shame, was a great place to fish, my 5 year old daughter hooked a roughly 18-20" large mouth last weekend but her little "snoopy" pole didn't have the line test to bring it in. I got to see him breech once which is why i knew roughly how big he was. It was really cool. I pulled some 20"+ cats out of there several times. I guess the husband died and they threw his ashes in the pond, and planted some flowers on the bank. the neighbors had given us permission with permission from the owners, but since the husband died the wife doesn't want anyone fishing it. I'll be watching this thread to see if there is anything on the East side worth fishing I can take my daughter to.

Yeah one of the servers said that. We talked to management and they said it was on Wednesdays. It's sad, the service is good for a week or 2 then someone screws it up, then it's good again. We had a request for the same 2 girls every week and a sign on the door to the back patio that reads Reserved of OR Wednesdays from 6p on. As for the bike parking, like Jagr said, I don't see that happening until more bikes start showing up. I am going to give them at least next week. If the service is jacked up again we will find a new place. I informed them of this last night.

I am here but they gave away the back patio. We have a few tables pushed together in the back dining area. They put a few mor together next to us.

I will be there with Mseb. Probably have the wife and kids too. There should be quite a few from my group there tonight between 6:45 and 7p. Not sure if Jagr will be there or not. Stop by, not sure what time I will be there til. At least 8 or 8:30.

Does anyone have the battery adapter for the power commander IIIr? It's for the serial connection type of power commander. I have a friend that needs to have his worked on and he bought the bike used with the old style PC on it, and needless to say he doesn't have the adapter. He tried making one but they bought the wrong stuff, he is supposed to be getting one tomorrow, but is unsure if it is the correct adapter. The adapter will be a 9 pin male to 9 pin female serial adapter with a 9v battery cable attached. If you have one in the Columbus area and I can borrow it for a few days please let me know. Thanks,

I love the shifter on the floor, was actually one of the thinks I had to have. just an fyi you can get the Tundra with the shifter on the column.

I picked up a 2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 Crew Max. I got a pretty good deal on it, not overly excited about the new gas bills, but I really wanted a truck so I bought one. Here is a pic....

They sell black crushing traps at the store, I have used them. They work great no mess. YOU set it the mouse walks in to get the treat (pre installed) and the plastic snaps shut crushing him. No chance for escape. Only set back is they are single use.

I have been going to that wings and rings since before the first OR bike night there and have continued to be there since then. We have a group that goes through the winter. The only time We didn't go was when they were shut down by the health department. It's under new management again, and the health issues seem to have been resolved. I have never heard of anything happening there. I have direct links to Columbus Police, and still haven't heard anything. Not saying it didn't happen, I just haven't heard anything about it. Which begs the question.... Did she report it? Did she go into the restaurant and attempt to get assistance? Did she head straight for urgent care since it was right there? The service was shitty last week and I am sure there will be a discussion with management. As previously mentioned, the manager we have been dealing with was on vacation last week. I am sure things will be better next week.

I will try to take some pics tonight after a ride. She has a torn ACL, so I doubt she will be riding anytime soon. She may be having surgery in the near future.

Ok so a little update. I picked the tank up from being painted yesterday. I got the rebuilt petcock installed, and the gas cap installed, reconnected the lines to the petcock and set the tank into place. I got the straightened engine guard reinstalled and proceeded to try to start the bike. It didn't want to start and eventually drained the battery. I connected the battery charger and left it go for awhile. About mid-night I tried it again before I went to bed. It fired up after a little coaxing. I tried it again this morning before leaving for work and it fired on the first try. So I am going to take it for a quick spin tonight after work. List of repairs/mods includes: tank painted new brakes front and rear new plugs new starter solenoid new chain front and rear axels lubed wheel bearing packed brake fluid replaced oil changed/new filter new air filter engine guard straightened petcock rebuilt seat shaved a bit I am sure there were some other things but I don't remember them all. it seems to run pretty well. I will get a better feel for it tonight after a short ride.

Hey Jagz, the GM asked to to have you call him today. When you get a chance. I talked to him a little after the majority of the group left, and said the same thing. As it gets warmer, the crowd is going to get larger. Last night was a small sampling of things to come. It was good to see everyone again.
