My droid X has an FM tuner in it so I can just listen to the radio without data issues. I have tried "I heart radio" but it drops out and rebuffers several times during my ride. I usually silent for a minute or two, but sometimes is silent for the rest of the ride. I don't interact with the phone while I'm riding so I usually just put it on wnci and leave the phonein the tank bag. I have tried a small radio too (with big buttons I can press through the clear top of my tank bag) but it uses the headphone wire as an antenna (same as droidx) so I need a longer headphone wire for better reception.

Been riding for 7 years, had same helmet for the first 6 years. It doesn't smell. ??

It's not behind her back - she took part in this thread giving her "expert" opinion. I, for one, am interested to see if she accepts the law is written differently than her original understanding, or if she will ticket people in this kind of case. We all make mistakes (I am almost an expert mistake-maker) but I admit my mistakes.

Before you cosign for someone, think about this... The banks spend millions of dollars a year on becoming experts in figuring out who is going to be able to pay them back and who won't. In fact they often err on the side of lending when they shouldn't. With this in mind, if the bank thinks your friend won't pay them back then what makes you think thwart you know better? Good luck to your friend. We all make mistakes and sometimes the lessons are expensive. Here's hoping that she gets out of this as best as she can. Truly.

No gopro specific, but I've had some corrupted video files on my phone (HD also) that I have been able to recover using VirtualDub. I have then been ablt to re-export the video (minus the corrupted section) to a new file.

If there is a note on it it should have collison coverage, no? (Any car loan I've had demands full coverage as a way of protecting the collateral. I even got a nastygram from the bank saying they were unable to verify insurance one time so they gave me 48 hours to prove insurance or they would buy it themselves and bill the loan account) Why not let insurance fix it up and sell it fixed?
