100k will get here sooner than you think.

Yep,I really like my R-3 lite, but they are a little cumbersome if you're doing a ride with a lot of stops...long distance they are great!I
I told you when you got that FJR that they have long legs...it looks like you're putting them to use.Congratulations on your IBA run.

I would keep the street bike and get a small dual sport.BTW, I love your XSR...I think we share engines,I have the FJ 09.But anyway,I had a KLR and found out real quick that light weight is the way to go off road.I would never own a dual sport as heavy as a KLR again.
I've done a lot of camping on a bike but it was all on an FJR out west so I really can't speak to camping on a light weight bike.

Hey,that's my suit.

Nice bikes that I can't afford.
But it would be fun to take one for a test ride.

Since you're going to be in Birmingham you might want to go over to the Motus factory and take a test ride on a MSTR...

I've been over in the Beallsville & Woodsfield area 3 times in the last 2 weekends. I need to venture a little further north and check these out.
147 from Centerville to Bellaire is a gem.Definitely in my top 10 in the state.145 in that are is pretty good too,but not as good as the Stafford-Lewisville section.9 is good from Armstrong Mills to St Clairsville. The area just north of the 147 split is probably the twistiest section.
If you're hungry the Beallsville diner has good food.Have cash,I don't think they take cards.

I'm out riding a long loop Sunday and I wanted to finish the ride by heading east on 147 from 9 over to Bellaire to slab back home. When I get to Centerville where 9 and 147 intersect there are road closed signs on 147.It said 14 miles until the closure point so I thought, what the hell I can ride most of it and either turn around or take some of the recently paved county roads around Key.The closure is on the flat area just out side of Bellaire! This means you will have all those great esses on the hill going out of Bellaire to yourself as long as the road remains closed.Since all the fracking traffic has picked up in that area I always feel lucky when I get a clean run up/down that section of 147,now it's almost a sure thing. Just a heads up to all the people that are heading down to 536 from the north.9 and 145 are also recently paved which will take you to 147 from 556 at Beallsville. The new pavement on 145 starts at the county line, about 2 miles out of town.

If I could show you the conversations I'm having about routes with other riding acquaintances for a Sunday ride. I'm having to fight vehemently to ride 669 instead of 70, 33, 13 or 37.
Same group that refused to do anything but ride back and forth on the Dragon for 5 days....
Anyway.... I'm fine with that route and most anything that follows.Show us those conversations

It will take you an hour if you are spirited, less if you like running 78 west of Caldwell to Woodsfield at 100+ sustained. It's doable.
Woodsfield is east of Caldwell.78 West of Caldwell is a little more difficult to run 100+ sustained.

You're talking to the wrong people. Most people just call that view the barn on 78.Back in the eights they ran a small store out of the house.
An even better view is over off of 536 at Kiedisch (sic) Park.

They have started a small memorial in Hayden's home town.If you would want to contribute some flowers there are three florist in Owensboro who would probably deliver to the memorial.

I actually disagree with that. They are here illegally because the politicians we elected and continue to elect allowed them into the country and allowed them to stay. That is not the immigrants fault, it is our fault. So they go to the front of the line to be screened and converted to legal status.
Yea, that is Amnesty. Get over it, it is the right way to move forward from where we are.
You left out the most important player....the people that hire the illegals.Confiscate their their property just like in drug crimes and the problem will go away. You could always use the money to build a statue of the guy that turned the country around.Thank you President Obama.

Better book than a movie.
The book is almost always better than the movie. The only time I can think of where the movie that was better than the book was The Shawshank Redemption.

Shillary is a d-bag of a person. Bitch wouldn't even suck her husband's dick when he made President. The highest position you can obtain on this planet wasn't worthy of a blowjob? You think that cunt gives a flying fuck about any of us?
I'm an Obama guy.

Yep, he did that. Plus he made a hell of a lot more Supreme Court appointments than Hillary ever will.
I just threw that conserve-nazi trap out there to show you how it's done since your little trap failed so miserably in another thread.
I expected the usual suspects to fall for it,but I really didn't expect that you would take the bait.

After 7 years of incompetent conserve-nazi bungling in Iraq and Afghanistan which cost over 3 trillion dollars of debt, over 6000 true patriot lives ( not OR e-patriots) and several years of time....it took President Obama and the Seals to get the job done.
Thank you President Obama.

Gilchrist's Convenience Store...not your typical convenience store.Nice selection of locally blown glass bowls and bongs.
