Seeking a certified mechanic knowledgable in wiring, diagnostic/repair and hydraulics. Experience in welding/torching, heavy equipment and brakes. CDL helpful but not required. Salary based on experience" Need to be able to work on anything ranging from a 1/4 ton truck to semi trucks, bobcats, back hoes, air compressors, bulldozers, excavators and more. I don't think we are requiring a CDL but if you have one that would be a HUGE plus. This is all stuff I've done in my summer breaks and was able to pick up pretty quick so its not difficult. the debate over what liner is better is fine and well and I agree correct application makes a world of difference but the fact that I personally rolled on Herculiner on 6 trucks for our company and its held up great 6 years later makes me a believer. They are construction trucks that get the living shit beat out of them. Its not the prettiest because I did it however its held up like a champ which is all I care, I was tired of having to cut out our old beds and have to repair all the holes and rust Since then, we do this to every single truck we buy and have one of the guys with more patience and skill mix it and roll it on and no complaints here. For me durable far outweighs looks which can be attested by those who have seen my personal truck, looks shitty cause I did it myself in too much of a hurry but I beat the crap out of it

in my experience it has been mostly gloves. My boots are pretty true to size and the couple jackets/suits I've had have been fairly true to size as well if not just a tad more snug than I like but more than likely the way its actually supposed to fit for maximum protection

I didn't get any pics of the before everything went in both the smokers so I'll try to remember to get some when it's all done
