    High beams

my only guess is don't most bikes nowadays have DRL's?
  2. i think all in all my GPS setup cost me $120 which included the gps unit, the powerlet and cord, tank bolt mount and cradle
  3. you can plot routes on mapquest. All I do is plot my route, plug in using usb to mini usb (digital camera style cord) and with 2 clicks it sends it to the gps unit I got mine used on ebay. I didn't really care about the battery life because I have a powerlet in the steering stem and gps is mounted to the front tank bolts
  4. i kid of course. I wouldn't buy a zumo when the $50 nuvi 650 I have takes about 2 mins to upload pre planned routes
  5. buys a Ducati but a zumo is too expensive, first world problems
  6. It is but it isn't. My PCIII really tamed it down to the point I don't remember the best how it was stock but it is quite unnerving to have it hit unexpectedly through a turn. Its kind of hard to explain without experiencing it. I'm also shitty with putting my thoughts into words so that doesn't help much either
  7. I don't want to say the VFR is a totally different animal than an inline 4 but it has its quirks. The biggest quirk being where the VTEC engages happens to be the sweet spot of where most people would probably like to be. Hitting VTEC unexpectedly in a turn can give you some real butt puckering moments, especially if you're not used to it
  8. I don't usually find the vibrations to be too bad on mine until I'm up over 8000rpms but I do know what you mean in general. All I have is a pcIII and semi custom tune and two bros exhaust as well
  9. Bienvenidos Not shit happens in Northeast Ohio
  10. oh yea by all means I'm not saying you have to be up in the RPM zone. The RPM's really don't matter about keeping up with a group, I meant more in the fact it was easier for me to be smooth through the turn and not overcompensate with pinning it as I am coming out of a turn. Plus I'm kinda slow anyway but thats another story altogether Like I said, 90% of my riding in 3 years on this VFR is beloww 6900 rpms (my vtec is tweaked with the tune)
  11. ride behind Pauly enough and you'll figure out how to ride real fast sitting straight up As far as the vtec, I am like that 90% of the time. The last couple big rides I've been on, mostly down around Deals Gap, I was keeping it over 7k and trying to keep it constant through the turn which really helped me from not getting absolutely left behind by all the damn fast people I had to associate with
  12. oh i know, and I'm just stating the hypocrisy and lack of foresight on that side of the fence
  13. and those same people are probably bitching that there are no jobs and sucking off the government tit. I'd love to see just how many jobs are lost to such a ban. I can't even being to throw out a number to guess...hundreds of thousands maybe?
  14. mainly mold and leaky gaskets, though this is only a few that I'm aware of
  15. she doesn't come with her own machinery I've honestly been leaning towards top load washers as thats all I've ever used my entire life and see no issue with. I've heard whispers the front load are a pain in the ass (read: im lazy) so that as well as the prices was steering me to what I know. My top 3 concerns are: Cleans well, doesn't break all the time and will last 8-10 years minimum
  16. I need to start the research and search of purchasing a washer and gas dryer for the new house and I have zero idea where to start or what is good and what not My budget is between $1500-$1750. All suggestions welcome
  17. Lol at serpentracer...I love when you post because it always reminds me how much I miss the people of Cincinnati and their "logic"
  18. You guys must be getting marginal tickets because every ticket I've had it costs nearly as much as the ticket itself to fight it, even of I won, plus the added cost of fuel and time off work. Maybe it's just me but it's always just been cheaper to accept my fate and pay the performance award
  19. The rains and construction traffic has killed 250...not sure exactly where you guys were but I had to deliver parts to one of our jobs a couple weeks back and was on 250 for almost 20 miles and it was shit even compared to last year
  20. the cheap grill and old school camera have been sold
  21. Yea the sectional and tables are going in the basement mancave and I ordered new stuff for The main floor
  22. Jesus so you're taking Limbaughs word for it? Dude I had a lot of respect for you but that is just not a smart move. It's completely inaccurate
