Klipsch is still really good. Their contractor stuff is better however. I prefer to stick to the equipment that manuf's have a lock on. Pioneer for audio equipment not speakers. Sony for video not audio, etc...

why? a sale is a sale. was the manager supposed to hope someone wandered in looking for a car from the website? It seems the possibility of selling to an employee's uncle was more appealing than that.

Obviously the sales manager felt it was a prudent business decision.

If you had called earlier in the day it is possible that the car would have been waiting for you. Or perhaps the dealer knew that it would be sold after its trip home. Remember, until the dealer KNOWS you're actually ready to spend money, they're going to treat you like every other window shopper.

The employee got off work at 5, knew his uncle wanted the truck and made the deal happen. After all this run around, you STILL wanted to do business with this company? WTF, man? Someone treats me like an asshole and the LAST thing I'm willing to do is go and give them $20k+. Cars are just things, you're way too worked up over this. Hopefully your troubles buying this toy are the biggest problem in your life.

sony or samsung for TV's- NOT audio equipment. I couldn't disagree more on the 'get what you pay for' comment either. The manufacturers have you convinced that this is the case. Denon, Pioneer, Yamaha, or Onkyo for audio equipment is what I would recommend. Is a theater in a box what you need? What kind of TV do you have? How many video devices do you plan on connecting? Do you already have a DVD player? Do you plan on upgrading to BluRay in the near future? Those theater packages are nice and simplistic, but they are VERY limited. Most only have 1 or 2 extra inputs so you're unable to connect many extra devices.
