  1. its amazing to me that people are buying at these prices. Its like they think this is going to last....
  2. They are trying, but the numbers dont lie. It's got little to no traction compared to BLM because a most all of recent asian hate has been black on asian. Kinda kills the narrative.
  3. My thoughts exactly - this is why the Tesla truck will get crushed
  4. I like it honestly - probably order one when the window opens
  5. Nashville is and has been wide open for 6weeks or so. Maybe more. No one but some businesses actually enforced the mandates. I stopped wearing a mask a few months ago unless I was in a doc office. If someone asked me to put one on I would do it if I had it with me. No issue. But I went pretty much everywhere I wanted to without one and only had 2 diff employees ask me to put one on in 2 diff stores. Masks in the south were an uphill battle to begin with. Im glad the "wearing a mask alone in my car" mentality is fading nationwide.
  6. You mean to tell me we can converse at the events?! I do actually look forward to this! I was saying that in jest. But there is some serious sentiment. I think you know what im talking about Clay.
  7. LOVE these kinds of projects. I keep telling myself ill do one some day. Maybe I will. But, ill probably end up buying one already done. A member (or former member, idk) named AJ did one and spared no expense. His project is/was incredible to follow. Crazy amount of detail. Looking forward to following this!
  8. But Trump made it happen, so isn't that supposed to mean its dangerous? Isn't that all I heard from March 2020 - Nov 3rd 2020?
  9. and republicans are the nazis....:lolguy:
  10. This is a real tweet lol
  11. cant believe how many people picked that thing up lol
  12. Crackhawk is gone - but you didnt want none of that bad bitch. She was thicc. Ill give you a crack at the GT3RS or R8 when I decide what to get
  13. I’m looking forward to the CC&C events and will try to make it out to as many as I can. I’m also trying to decide what car to get. I sold my Trackhawk a few weeks ago replaced it with a Tahoe for my wife. In my head it seemed easier to move with 1 vehicle and then I’ll get a truck and a fun car once we get settled. Kicking around a bunch from mid range to high end, but just don’t have the time to put into researching them right now with the focus being on a house. I’ve always had a sweet spot for the GT3 RS.
  14. Thanks guys! Excited to see everyone again. Not sure if anyone else is planning on going to the Easton MB supercar event on May 17th, but I’ll be there. Don’t have a supercar to big dick energy with, but it will be fun to see some friends there. Anyone else planning on going? I have not bought a house yet - almost offered on a few, just nothing that’s spoken to my wife or I yet. We may rent for a little while so we can look around more. I fear that buying into this market will tie up a lot of money that I’d rather have on hand to invest in rental props or in other business ideas I’ve been kicking around.
  15. My wife, daughter and I will be moving back to Columbus after living in Nashville since 2016. We love it here, but we have a lot of close friends in Columbus all in the same stage of life as we are (toddlers and kids). Our time in Nashville was mainly for my career, but since COVID and having a kid, we have refocused life and what we truly want out of it. It doesn't hurt that I can do my job from anywhere. I am looking forward to seeing/hanging with some of you in person (yes, even you Greg) and having Tim detail my cars. In all seriousness, I'm just excited to be back home.
  16. this will be nothing more than a blip - if Pompeo did it, we'd hear about it nonstop.
  17. You really need a win today don't you? Tell everyone what happened to you thats making you lash out like a high schooler.
  18. is that a "call out" though? I certainly didnt take it that way. I guess its because I have mutual respect for Otis and him me that allows for a constructive conversation to happen.
  19. you didnt read my immediate correction to that - I misspoke with an incomplete thought, just like biden does when he talks about children. You forgive him, you can forgive me.
  20. Love these cars - He wont have a problem selling this. It looks and sounds like its in mint shape.
  21. Sorry, that was wrong of me to blanket all POC. That isnt true. What I meant is there seems to be a sense of "fuck 12" being taught to POC and everyone through media, athletes, Hollywood.. To me, thats wrong. Prosecute wrongdoing, but dont say that a cop saving the life of several POC by taking out the assailant is racists or murder of the assailant. It weakens the position and validity of the movement.
  22. I have been pulled over countless times. I have never once felt like I was going to get shot. I get nervous each time, but you know what I do? I turn my shit off, put my keys on my pinky finger, open my palms and rest them open on the top of my steering wheel. Some people might think this is over thinking things but think about what the cop is walking into. He has no idea who he is pulling over and how many times has a cop walked up to a car and been shot immediately. My goal is to make the cop feel as comfortable as possible by posing no threat at all. I talk to them with respect and generally I get that in return. I usually have a gun on me or in my car and thats the first thing out of my mouth. I dont move, I dont shuffle around I wait until the LE tell me to do anything. I just wish the BLM movement would promote a shred of that mentality. No one had to teach me that. I came up with that on my own. I put myself in their shoes, humbled myself a little and guess what? I walk away with a ticket and I go on my way.
  23. I agree - there are several shootings we have all seen with video that were just wrong. They absolutely do exist and need to be prosecuted. On the other hand, there are many shootings that are a direct result of the perps actions that elevated or forced the LEO to make that decision. Its a super complicated issue, but we live in a world where POC just do not respect cops in an way. Media only makes that worse. By protesting this shooting in Columbus, the entire movement is alienating tons of people that otherwise are supportive to a certain degree but after seeing the reaction here as going walk away from it. Its a complete miscalculation on their part.
