  1. Who knows, if there will be a group, I might even head out that way. I think that it should be their right to do what ever they want (within the scope of the law). Sometimes people go too far. And I just hope this will prove a point, and not be an issue for everyone involved. Here's to wishing them some luck in this matter!!

  2. Most of those kits are very easy to do. Just like Hoblick said, they should be plug and play. The most difficult part would be to find a spot to mount the transformers. We don't really mess with them at my shop normally, but have done them a couple of times. It all varies as far as installation. But it is not too tough. I would save some $$, and do it on your own.

  3. I understand your feelings I am the same way, but that is why you have insurance. If it gets stolen or trashed then you have an excuse to upgrade and buy another bike you like. I started out on a 04 Ninja 250, they are fun little bikes.

Wow, how old were you when you had that 250? Not trying to be funny, but saw your pic. Had to upgrade pretty quick like, huh?

  4. I live in a (somewhat) bad area (whitehall). And I have an '06 Boulevard, and I don't worry too much. Worrying about it will not make anything better. You also have to take into account how much your bike weighs. Would it be practical for a few, or several guys to carry it away, without you knowing? Best thing to do is lock it up, as good as possible, and keep up on your insurance. Wheel locks are a great thing!!!

  5. Alright who's coming with me?? LOL But, seriously. Anyone planning to check out the Easy Rider Rodeo in Chillicothe, Ohio? I will be there with several of my friends. As always, the more the merrier!!! Fun for the whole family! Not really, just seemed like the thing to say! Hope to hear from some of you! Let me know what ya think!!! The event runs from Sept 2-6. Will provide more details upon request.....

  6. We usually head down south. But, we are always open to group ideas. Last time we went to Athens, then ended up back up at Buckeye Lake for dinner at Papa Boos. So, we just kinda play things by ear. And see where the road leads! LOL But, for the time being, no exact route planned.

  7. Several of us get together to ride on a regular basis. This is a great time, and I recommend that you at least try this ride once. You would be hooked. It is a great group of people, and friends! We all meet at Ari's Restaurant on the west side of Columbus (1425 Frank Rd. Columbus, Ohio). We meet there at 9am for breakfast, then leave out for the ride at approximately 10am. We usually ride for the entire day. Hit me up if you have any questions at all. Jim (614) 327-0519 Contact me a.s.a.p. to get the details. If u call tomorrow, I may not get it, due to being on the bike. Hope to hear from some of the group! You will be glad that you did!!!
